The oversized ensuite master bedroom boasts a King bed, smart television, a quaint seating area with a couch that can be converted into a twin bed, and an awesome workspace overlooking the lake. There is a second full bathroom upstairs. The bunk room, which has a queen-sized pullout couch, utilizes the powder bathroom/shower downstairs. The third couch bed is in the living room, where three ottomans can be pushed against the modular sofa to make a very comfortable queen bed for extra guests. This recently renovated modern farmhouse with a boho/lake house vibe is stylishly decorated. Eat dinner in the dining room on one of two large custom wood dining tables, which together seat up to 20 guests. Or seat everyone outside for dinner on two farm tables after your private chef prepares your meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Guests have full access to the property, with the exception of two locked storage closets downstairs or the locked crawl space below the home. The yard is fenced on the lake side but not around the entire property. There is a small street behind the home, so please supervise your children at all times by the road and the lake.
