Nestled in Belmar, this attractive cottage for $500 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The best months to enjoy a vacation are during spring, summer and early autumn in Belmar, an ideal town for you to rest, and relax! Conveniently located just 2 blocks to the beautiful beach, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and 3-mins drive to the train station, our house offers great amenities and a front porch with outdoor furniture and a grill to relax. We have six beach badges and chairs. The entrance and 2 of the bedrooms are wheelchair accessible. Our clean and spacious house features 3 queen-size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The house can easily accommodate maximum of 6 adults. A full size crib is available in one of the bedrooms. The living-dining room is the perfect space for the entire family to be together with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, utensils, and appliances. The home is equipped with high speed WIFI and premium cable TV. Central air conditioning throughout with an automatic whole-house Generac generator backup. Freshly cleaned bed linens and bath towels are provided. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The house is professionally cleaned between each guest. Cleaning fee includes also cost of providing clean linens and towels. We also have bikes with helmet and lock for a small fee; please enquire. Beware of this property. When looking for a place, I found this one and accidentally hit the BOOK button before I could confirm the dates with my friends. I was told I would immediately lose half my money if I tried to change the booking. That was more than $900. I asked the owner for a few minutes to make my arrangements and she said no. VRBO also asked her and she refused again to give me a few minutes. So we went through with the rental rather than lose our money. Host was rude when we accidentally knocked on her door, confused about the property, house had little sunlight due to lack of windows and one table reading lamp was provided for the entire space. Never again.

We were 3 couples in Belmar NJ for a wedding in nearby Long Branch. The house was just as described with Amy being readily available to us both before and during our stay. The 3 BR 3 Bath house was perfect for us. It is well kept and well stocked. The 10 am checkout time is a bit early especially on a rainy Monday in September but again Amy was understanding and allowed us another hour. It was a very pleasant stay indeed.

This space was perfect for our group! Three couples in town for a wedding, each couple had a private room with a private bathroom, the layout was perfect! The kitchen has everything we needed, and the location was perfect.

Nice little cottage with 3 bedrooms all with their own full baths. Fully -stocked kitchen with all you need. Tight fit for a family of 6 adults but perfect for a family of 4. Beds are very comfortable. Close to great restaurants. A bit confusing on how the cottage was down the long driveway in the back yard of the main house. Both with the same house number. Beautiful neighborhood and we went In Jan so there was on street parking. Owner lives in the front house and messaged me 1sr thing in the morning to remind me to turn off the porch light before I was out of bed even. She left a detailed “to do” list so I knew to turn off the light. Didn’t appreciate being watched and bothered with her direction to follow her instructions. Property was very clean and well maintained

Our family of six stayed here while visiting family and friends for Christmas. The house is crisp and very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is an easy walk to the beach and into downtown for a bite to eat at any of the excellent restaurants.

We had a lovely autumn stay. Handicapped accessible shower was perfect for my 86-year-old mom, it was an easy walk to a beautiful beach. There were toys, a crib, and a swingset which we did not need but would have been much appreciated when our children were small.

We had a quick family getaway during our 25 y.o. daughter's weeklong break from P.A. school. We were three adults and our goes-every-where-with-us 13 y.o. dog. The small place didn't ever truly really feel small. The three full bathrooms are each new and well equipped (higher-end fixtures), as is the kitchen. Amy, the owner, was super responsive to our questions and always made time for us. The house sits in a beautiful area of Belmar with amazing homes and tree-lined streets, with a large lake with ducks and geese less than a block away, which you pass on your short walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful girls trip! The host Amy was amazing, she was very quick to respond to any and all questions. She provided extra bicycles, beach cart everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The property is located a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We were able to park the car for our entire trip and either walk or bike ride to everything that we wanted to do. We would totally rent from her again!

We were heading to the Jersey shore for a family wedding and decided to vacation here for over a week. This property is only 2 short blocks to the beach, so we were able to enjoy the sun and surf every day. The cottage was updated, very clean, and fully handicap accessible. The 3 bedrooms are very spacious, each having its own large bathroom with walk-in shower. The general living area (TV room + kitchen) was a little small for a grown family of 5 (our 3 children are all college age), but perfect for a family with younger children. The host, Amy, who was staying in the main house, was very responsive and friendly, even when our dog, Sam, barked at her. We give this stay a thumbs up!

I booked this property for a bachelorette weekend for myself and 5 other women. Bring it was a new property this year, we were a little hesitant to book it. However, from the pictures, it looked clean and perfect for what we were looking for. We got there and the property was set back from the road, it was clean, updated and had enough space to fit us. We had 3 bedrooms and each was very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would like to go back.

This house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Loved that it’s walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Also, loved that it had a crib available for our baby. Three bedrooms and each had its own full size bathroom! The owner was always available to answer our questions promptly, via text. Kitchen supplies fully stocked which is amazing when traveling with little ones. Overall a phenomenal stay. Will definitely stay again.
