The house needs a complete refresh, from paint to carpet. Manny touch ups on the walls did not blend in with surrounding and the carpets were warm and either needed a deep cleaning or replacing. The kitchen was stocked well, although the non-stick pans had reached their end of life. Depending on traffic, the house is between 30 minutes and 2 hours from area attractions. All of the guests noted the beds were comfortable and there was a nice selection of pillows to choose from.
