Luxury condo, perfect for 2 couples traveling together. 2 King size beds each with a private bath. Beautiful views of sunny Florida and stunning Marina right from the front door! The lanai is a favorite place for many guests, where you can unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and listen to live music playing right down stairs. When you're ready to explore, just take an elevator ride downstairs and step into the streets of Cape Harbour Marina with the look and feel of a mediterranean town, with restaurants, boutiques, art gallery, French Press coffee house, Juice Bar and lovely Marina all worthy world travelers. Live music for lunch at Rumrunners Steakhouse and evening outdoor events at Fathoms Restaurant and Bar will keep you entertained. Join the ladies on the patio for a class of Zumba most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 AM. Cape Harbour Marina offers boat rentals, fishing and sightseeing cruises and bicycle rentals. 2 pools, club house, gym, 2 tennis courts and basketball court available for your use. Perfect staycation spot if you just want to relax. Kitchen Fully Equipped, Clean, in a great location, great views of the Marina Boats, Master Bath Toilet would not stop running, had to wiggle the handle to stop it, Thermostat would not stay where we set it at 72 degrees in the middle of the night. It was warm nights. Place was well secured, area was very safe. Beautiful place to stay just a few minor issues.

Great view of the harbor, nice neighborhood with restaurants and entertainment, great king mattresses. Downside was very low-slung sofa and extremely poor water pressure. Only 1 person could use any water source at a time.
