The Bungalow is Dog friendly (one time pet fee applies) with a FULLY FENCED back yard. Co-host Shimon lives in the apartment below and shares use of the backyard only. It's usually easy to find a spot in front of the house or close by. The driveway is available for luggage drop off or loading as needed. The Ballard Bungalow is a completely smoking free space. Downtown Ballard is just a few minutes by car and you will find wonderful restaurants for eat in or take away. Easily accessible to Green Lake, Phinney Ridge boutiques on Greenwood Ave and Woodland Park Zoo. Downtown Seattle and all the best tourist locations are only 20 minutes away making this spot an ideal home base. If you prefer public transportation, it's a short walk to the major bus routes to head south to downtown or north to Everett. Parking: Guests must park on the street. Steps- Guests must climb one step from sidewalk to walkway then three steps from walkway up to the front porch and door. In the rear of the bungalow there are 5 steps down to the backyard. The backyard has a patio with gas grill and outdoor dining area for guests to enjoy.
