Situated in Fire Island, this charming condo for $196 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Newly renovated full 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and all amenities one might need for a long or short-term stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Livingroom - Sofa that doubles as a futon (if you have a 3rd guest). - Smart TV with Wi-Fi. No cable TV. - Desk and chair for work from anywhere :) Kitchen: - Newly renovated with granite countertop - Bistro table for 2 - Full set of pots and pans and cookware. Bathroom: - Newly renovated with walk in tiled shower Outdoors: - Patio furniture and a gas fire pit! - String lights Parking: - 2 spots right in front of the apartment in the parking lot (off street!) First floor/ ground level apartment. Not a basement! Just 1 small step to enter the apartment from the driveway. *************** The local pizzeria and deli are a few blocks away, other takeout locations and restaurants are less than 1 mile away; or order in with plenty of restaurant options on Seamless and Grub Hub. It's a quick drive (~9 min.) to a waterfront clam bar and grill. - Great local spot to sit on by Great South Bay and enjoy a meal and a scenic view (boats, local beach, playground, sports fields, even deer) If you love the outdoors we're perfectly located near numerous parks and golf courses. - Heckscher State Park (10 min.): a 1,600-ac. park on a 19th-century estate offers multi-use trails, sports fields, disc golf & boat launches. - Bayard Cutting Arboretum (6 min.): a scenic 691-ac. park situated on the Connetquot River, with a 1920s mansion as its centerpiece. - Connetquot Preserve (10 min.): a 3,473-ac. preserve that houses rare birds & plants, with trails, guided nature walks & river fishing. - Brookwood Hall Park (5 min.): a quaint local park with playgrounds, baseball fields, tennis courts, and lake fishing, surrounding a large historic estate. - Blydenburgh County Park (14 min.): a forested park offering hiking trails, a playground, picnic areas & a pond for rowboats & fishing. -Timber Point Golf Course (6min): includes 27 holes w/ wonderful views of the Great South Bay & Connetquot River; access to tennis courts as well. -West Sayville Golf Course (13 min.): Great course with beautiful views on the water; next to the Long Island Maritime Museum. -Gull Haven Golf Course: 9 hole "executive golf course;" fairly flat with a few raised greens and some sand traps. Desirable for traveling attorneys as well, with a 5 min. travel time to Suffolk County District Court and the U.S. Federal Court House.

My husband & I were in town for a wedding. It was a nice place for just the two of us. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything including the airport. The fireplace out back was nice. Would stay here again if in the area.

I stayed at Scott's house while visiting family in Long Island. I found it perfect for my needs--extremely clean, very private, and charming. Scott was an excellent host who responded very quickly to any messages.

This little hidden jewel is in a lovely quiet location convenient to everything. It is super clean and the host was wonderful to deal with , even when I completely screwed up on our check out.

This property is not much to look at from the outside but it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and has two off street parking spaces located right outside which we appreciated. Inside, it is exactly as pictured with many thoughtful touches that made the property feel homely. It was spotlessly clean, the queen bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Our adult daughter stayed with us on our first night and, at nearly 5ft 7”, found the futon/sofa bed a little too short and somewhat uncomfortable. The only AC unit is in the living room and it is loud - bring ear plugs! We didn’t use the kitchen to prepare any meals but it appeared well stocked and there was a variety of coffee/tea pods to choose from. We would stay again.

Scott was proactive in his communication and super responsive. The unit was clean and cozy and easily accessible from both Sunrise Highway and Southern State Parkway. The a/c window unit was loud but effective! I would definitely stay here again!

I’m from out of state and was looking for somewhere safe, peaceful, and affordable for a Long Island vacation for me and my boyfriend. This listing stood out and did not disappoint. Scott was a great host, very nice and communicative, and the property was exactly as described and very clean. It was within 10-30 minutes of every place we went. Scott’s recommendations for where to go were great! We liked the Islip area, though it was also very close to Bayshore which we loved and visited almost every day. It was exactly the sort of safe and quiet space I was looking for coming back from a day out.

The property is clean and cozy. The decor is modern and chic. Comfortable bed, big kitchen, spacious bathroom, adorable outside seating area. We truly enjoyed our stay and are so happy with our rental choice.

We were so pleased with this rental unit - the accommodations were up-to-date in décor, comfortability, and truly restful! The host always reached out (from booking, during and post our stay) to assure that we had everything we needed. Location for this unit was easy to find within this quiet established residential area. Boasting about our stay, relatives wanted to see the unit for future referrals, and the host had no problem with me showing it off! I highly recommend you take advantage of this listing - I know we will return!

Lovely unit, smelled and looked incredibly clean, and fully stocked (including a pack and play that appeared to be in great condition. Unfortunately, the area was experiencing incredibly frigid temperatures, and most homes (including those of my area family members) had a hard time staying warm. My husband and I would've been ok with this, but we had our 5 month old with us and he is way too picky about sleep so we had to check out and go elsewhere. Before even having to ask, the host apologized, offered a refund and even found a local hotel to suggest to us instead. If we are back in the area and need accomodations, we will be back!

Scott's place was perfect for what we were looking for, the rental had everything we needed and was kept in impeccable shape. Everything was super clean and neat and organized. Everything we needed the place had ( kurigg, ice cube tray, towels, extra linens etc...) Scott was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The place is very cozy and private, the bed was comfortable and I like how they thought to include a pack and play for families. We will definitely stay again! Thankyou!

The property was lovely. Everything was clean and working. We had everything we needed. We were on LI to visit friends and relatives so did not spend a lot of time in the apartment, but there was everything you would need to cook meals if needed. We would rent here again in the future.

We loved staying at Scott’s charming unit. It was quiet and relaxing. We loved the little backyard with fire pit and wish we had more time to use it. Bed was comfy! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect for our short stay
Scott’s place was perfect for our short stay on the island. It’s location made it easy to travel to the North Fork for a day in wine country while also allowing us to catch-up on tasks we needed done on the island. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owner (Scott) was very responsive to messages. We had everything we needed there. I enjoyed the morning walk to the nearby deli for breakfast. Property is nicely decorated, and appears exactly as described in the ad. Screamingly fast wifi! We hope to return next time that we come to visit family!

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Scott was unbelievably accommodating. We got stuck in an unexpected mammoth blizzard and our flight was delayed by 2 days. Scott did everything possible to help us in whatever way we needed. He went above and beyond what he had to, to make sure we were safe and checked in on us throughout. He allowed us to take (at no additional charge) a shovel with us when we left to make sure we didn’t get stranded. I was so grateful we had it because we got stuck 4 separate times trying to drive 4 miles away. I would 10000% recommend Scott and the property! Stay here! You won’t regret it
