LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!! Hello Sunshine 30A is the only rental unit amongst all Villas at Seacrest Beach to have a DIRECT walkway straight out to the largest community pool along 30A! No walking up and down flights of stairs to get to the pool. Walk straight out your back patio, directly into the 12,000 square foot resort style lagoon pool! The amazing location and convenience of this updated, gorgeous ground floor unit, complete with a NEW custom bunk room and remodeled master bathroom, cannot be beat! Located on the East end of Scenic 30A, within walking distance to prestigious Rosemary & Alys Beach. The options for shopping, dining, and enjoying the 30A lifestyle are endless. Park your vehicle upon arrival in one of the 2 reserved parking spaces and not need it again until you leave! Walk to the beach, Starbucks, many great restaurants, lounges, farmers market, grocery store, and all the shopping this amazing 30A area offers.
Enjoy four interconnected pools, waterfalls and a fountain all surrounded by luscious palm trees (which look equally beautiful lit up at night). Relax in your own private poolside cabana and watch the family in the pool. Private beach access is just a short 5 minute walk directly across 30A. Or if you prefer, there is also a complimentary beach shuttle, with a pick up location right outside your door (runs seasonally).
This overly spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit will provide ample space for your family and friends to enjoy a fun and memorable vacation together. 2 King Master Bedrooms, both with their own private en-suite bathroom. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Seacrest beach. You cannot beat this condos location directly on the pool. My baby monitor even reached so I could stay at the pool with my big kids while the baby napped! The convo is very nice! The master bathroom is lovely, beds were very comfy. Our kids loved the bunk room! The large sectional and huge tv made for some cozy evenings and the outdoor couches were great to sit by as well.My one drawback was that the listing has photos of a cooler in the laundry room - it wasn’t there. Neither was any beach equipment, which I guess is normal in the area. So we had to figure out buying / renting beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The property also gives you a starter of some supplies but l had to buy more paper towels, trash bags, and a dish sponge as there was not enough to get us through the week. I think at the price point of the condo there should just be ample of these supplies included. If I was aware of what exactly we were given for supplies for the week, I could’ve have planned ahead better.Overall a wonderful stay and we’ll certainly be back to this beautiful area!

What a lovely, updated, and clean stay! You cannot beat the location being walk out with pool ahead, food and drinks at the cafe at pool, and walk ability to beach, live music, restaurants, and shops! Host Laurie was very accommodating and gave recommendations on restaurants ahead of time.

This condo is truly a fabulous location! Walk right out to the pool, and only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy and so convenient with kids! 5 minute walk to the villages where there are restaurants and shops, and bike rental opportunities. Comfortable and clean and a fabulous master bath/shower! Laurie, the owner, is super helpful and responsive if you need anything during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful property. The owner has paid so much attention to detail, property is well equipped. Perfect for family vacation. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!!
