Highly desired unit with assigned parking directly in front of unit. Living room and master have direct views of the beach. Full view of beach from the living room or master bedroom. Wake up to the sunrise right from bed. 25 Acres of Amenities, enjoy numerous activities: 4 Heated Pools Tennis Racquet Ball Pickleball Shuffleboard Playground Basketball Gym This property is ground level and directly oceanfront. Flat style layout not a townhouse, there are two steps to the front door but otherwise no stairs. Sliding door opens directly to covered back porch. Quiet beach adjacent to Matanzas Inlet park. The condo was great…very comfortable. Ground floor beach access was convenient and great for all the stuff we took to the beach. We never used the pool because the beach was so nice. We had a family of 7, 6 adults and 1 5year old The rooms were comfortable. Amenities were nice. Loved it!

Joslyn was so prompt and helpful with the Checkin and checkout process, and even checked in mid-week to see how things were going! The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and plenty of extras. They provide beach towels and pool and beach supplies which saved a lot of space for traveling in the car. I HIGHLY recommend this host and unit! I will definitely stay here again!

Check in/out was easy, the location was quiet, and the view and beach access was incredible. Loved the location, plus the beach at low tide was very shallow/had a nice sandbar that comes up that's perfectly for a young child.

The view was amazing! Your steps away from a salt water pool or the ocean. The beach just looks like is coming in your room. Crescent beach is fairly quiet, your a short walk from the part of the beach you don’t drive on but it’s not busy. The condo was well stocked. The owner communication was excellent.

Three senior ladies enjoyed the beach walks, the gorgeous sun rises, and drinks on the patio in the evenings. The location is about 20 minutes south of town and there's lots to see and do nearby (World Golf Hall of Fame, Saint Augustine Distillery VIP tour, Castillo San Marcos, Flagler College tour, and just walking the town). I highly recommend this property... thanks Joslyn for all the help. with our activity planning.

My brother and his family which included 2 teenage boys,myself and our 80 year old mother stayed in the condo. It was perfectly accessible for her. The condo looked exactly as it did online and they provided everything we needed for the beach. We will be back!

We have been coming to St Augustine since Oct 2017. We always stay at Summerhouse. We have stayed in several different condos, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom. 461 is our absolute favorite! It is very clean & spacious. We had room for everyone without getting in each others way. With the provided beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, umbrellas, & beach towels our packing was a lot easier. This year we we checking in the week after Ian went through Florida. We were worried that we would have to cancel our trip. Joslyn kept me very informed. She was GREAT to work with! We would differently stay here again!

Family Vacation
Our condo was the best- appointed beach condo we have ever stayed in. Anything you needed they had it in the condo and available for use. Beach chairs & Umbrella, boogie boards, card table and chairs, beach towels, kitchen supplies and more. We had a draining problem with one of the showers, the owners quickly responded to my text, and someone showed up in less than an hour to fix the problem. Wonderful experience.

This place was GREAT! Everything I could ask for in a beach stay. Property was a great location, felt like we had the whole beach to our selves....and the view!!!! We will be back.

Great beach location!
We needed to have great access to beach and pool for multi generational family. This location allowed greatgrandma age 87 and youngest 20 month old to access both. Great grandma was able to sit on patio and watch everyone on the beach when she needed to get out of the sun.
Accommodations were great and clean. The Extras such as beach towels, chairs and boogie boards were very much appreciated!
An added plus was public beach access near the condos so a lifeguard was on duty. So helpful when at beach with kids!
Thanks for a great place to call home for our mini vacation.

Reunion
Loved the view and amenities of this place. Pool was quite lovely and view of the ocean was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped and rooms nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend.

Condo was beautiful and fully stocked. Had a wonderful time. My only complaint was the front office staff. Not as friendly or helpful as before.

Family vacation
Property was exactly as pictured and plenty of room for my husband and I and 4 adult children. Pool was right outside the door and the beach was not crowded at all so we were able to spread out and play games on the beach. Everything you need for cooking, to enjoy the beach, tennis rackets, etc is here.

3 bedroom condo on the beach
The condo was right on the beach and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the waves roll in. The owner went out and bought more outdoor chairs for us! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, if you like to cook. We followed recommendations of restaurants from the owner and had fabulous meals and dining experiences.

Amazing stay
We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was our first trip away with our 1 year old daughter and she loved the pool and the location was amazing. We are hoping to return next year.
