About this house rental

This beautiful beach house, which has just been renovated with a new kitchen and new bathrooms, is a block and a half from the beach in Garden City. This gorgeous property sits next to tidal water that connects to the marsh. There's a mini pier along the water that you can fish from or just hang out on and watch the turtles!

Really enjoyed being able to walk outside and fish off the deck. Only a couple of blocks from the beach (easy stroll). Karl was very accommodating. The listing says 4 bedrooms but there is only 3; just so people don’t go on a bedroom hunt looking for a mystery vanishing bedroom like I did.

We loved this cute little house. The inside is so clean and the new kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. This is a wonderful location close to everything. Easy walk to the beach. Kids had a blast fishing in the little piece of inlet it’s on. How was super easy and great at communicating!and perks on pet friendly! Cause who doesn’t have a dog these days?
