Situated in Long Neck, this lovely house for $391 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This newly listed home in The Peninsula is ready for your vacation visit! Lots of living and dining space on the first floor of this large property will allow for guests to congregate over a meal or watch FIOS cable or a movie together on the ROKU TV. The bright & airy interior is enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors allowing natural sunlight to fill the living space. It features modern beach décor and new furnishings throughout. This floor also features a wonderful kitchen with an island and dual ovens perfect for preparing that gourmet meal! A Coffee Bar with both Keurig and drip coffee makers helps start the day. Grill up your favorites on the gas barbecue just outside the rear kitchen door. The dining room houses a large table with seating for all. A hall bathroom and full-size washer/dryer provide easy one level living. An office area with full-sized lift-top desk, 27-inch monitor, and comfortable executive chair provides a work area separate from vacation activities. The office area also houses games, books, and a lounge chair for your relaxation. A primary bedroom with King bed and private bath rounds out the spaces on the first floor. The second floor has a second primary bedroom with a Queen and private bathroom as well as two bedrooms that share a hall bath. One of these rooms has two sets of bunk beds with trundles. Spread out on any of the four covered porches after a day exploring the local area. Lounge or dine in a variety of Adirondack chairs, patio tables and comfy cushioned seats. The owners have included so many extra features - tennis rackets, bikes, fishing poles, pack & play and more - for your use. There is also a Pool Table in the house if you want to give your game a try! The community includes 225 acres of protected nature reserve adjoining the bay. Guests may enjoy spectacular sunrises, nature walks, birdwatching, world class golf, Olympic-sized indoor heated pool with sauna, outdoor adult heated pool and hot tub, family sandy beach Wave Pool, large kids game room, billiards room, wine room, outdoor fire-pit, bocce ball court, 9-hole mini-golf, golf simulator, pro shop, driving range and putting green, walking / biking paths and trails, private bay beach, kayak & paddle board rentals, bike rentals for all sizes, fishing pier, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, full-service Spa, state-of-the-art Athletic Center / gym with weight room, yoga studio, snack shack, year-round clubhouse events. Pamper your group with indoor and outdoor gourmet dining in the fabulous Clubhouse overlooking the golf course or casual dining in-season at the terrace bar and grill with poolside bar. Outside the community you are just 15 minutes from tax-free outlet shopping, a water park, water sports on the bay and endless restaurants in nearby Lewes town, Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. There are also several State Parks nearby with water access. A 45-minute drive brings you to exciting Ocean City, Maryland. Club Amenity Fees due with final payments. Some restrictions apply. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not allow pets. Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars, do not block neighbor’s parking spots or driveways. Primary renter MUST be at least 25 years old to book, must be staying at the property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors. This home is in a residential neighborhood, no parties or large gatherings. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Property was in great condition and was what was expected from the pictures. The air conditioning and fans were not easy to operate and the 1st floor was a toasty 79 the entire week. Not ideal. Also if you are staying to enjoy the amenities know that we were informed only 10 minutes before they closed the pool for a members event (3:00 on a Friday).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. The floor to ceiling windows and tall ceilings are breathtaking. The decor is beachy and all the decks are glorious. I was originally worried about the location from the amenities but it’s an easy bike ride to the pool. The community is quiet and nice for the kids to bike around in. The only thing I felt the house was lacking were 20 inch bikes for the kids. They do have large adult bikes and little kids but nothing for teens. We were able to rent these from the concierge but I would recommend calling ahead so you don’t need to wait.
