Dining area with large table that seats 8 and bar seating as well. Laundry room with stacked washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator. 2 car garage and 2 spaces for parking outside of garage. 40+ foot dock. Nice Patio with two seating areas Free WiFi

Our group of friends had a wonderful and relaxing time in the Keys. The house was a great size for a group of 8, plenty of rooms/bathrooms and common space to hangout in. We always love staying in the Keys because we have our own dock and it is fun to see everyone else have fun in the canals. We will definitely plan on staying here again on a future trip.

The place worked out perfect for my family of 10 plenty of room and the boat dock was a nice touche

We loved the room this house has and the very big kitchen. We brought our pontoon boats and wave runners and loved the dock out front and the close proximity to the launch ramp- so easy. We had a great vacation!!

This property is excellent! Has everything you need for the best vacation ever. Very clean, great location to everything ( bars, store, River. The towel animals were a treat too:). Definitely worth every $. Thank You

Enjoyed out stay, house had everything you needed, A/C worked great, TV and ceiling fans in all rooms, The extra fridge was so good to have (stored beer and water and mixers in it) came in so handy. Outside patio very comfortable. House very spacious. Also a perfect location to watch the boats coming and going.

Perfect location to the river, great layout for a multi family vacation. Had everything we needed. Clean and orderly. Loved our stay!
