Situated in Jacksonville, this attractive house for $289 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Truly one of a kind, located in the historic district of Jacksonville, a very short distance to downtown activities, Britt Festival, Vineyards, Unique shopping, restaurants for every appetite. What makes this such a rare property is it's proximity to town, yet sits on a quiet lot with large deck overlooking seasonal creek. New 39 jet spa, gas firepit & BBQ. 600 Sqft game room features darts, a full arcade with the old greats such as Pac-Man and Gagala, pool table, ping pong, shuffle board. You will find four high end adult bicycles with helmets in the game room for touring some of the best riding areas in Southern Oregon. The home has been incredibly cared for and recently owners have done an extensive remodel. Nearly everything is new. Upgraded kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, extra large refrigerator, wine refrigerator, dishwasher and lots of extra kitchen utensils. There is central heat and air plus free standing gas fireplace for cozy winter nights. The house is very comfortable with all modern state of the art furniture. Each bedroom, the living room and the game room all have big screen TVs with full cable package including additional upgrades like HBO. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a Nother pull out couch that sleeps two adults. Allowing for 8 guests total. The main bedroom is huge and has an extremely comfortable king bed plus a sleep sofa for sleeping 2 additional adults. The main bedroom bath has granite counter tops and beautiful walk in tile shower and even a walk in closet. In that bathroom is a full size washer/dryer. the second bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and all the comforts you need. There is a beautiful covered front porch, you can relax and enjoy the park and the quiet street. I am always available for guests needs,. Very quiet street, walk right out the door and ride bikes all over town or just sit on the front porch and enjoy the neighborhood and the locals. Must be at least 25 years of age to book.

Property was as shown online. Spacious and well appointed including game room with pool table, ping pong, darts, and more. Big hot tub which our family enjoyed in the evenings. Location is excellent - walk to downtown with shopping and dining or walk to hiking trails and historic Jacksonville cemetery. There is a small park across the street and a convenience grocery about a block away. Already considering for next year!

Nicely decorated home in great condition. Perfect layout for two couples. Quiet and clean. A few blocks walk to the main street in Jacksonville and the grocery store. Also easy drive to recreation on the Rogue river. We enjoyed the comfy living room, game room, and hot tub. Weather was a little too cool to sit outside but the back deck looked very welcoming as well.

Two families in Jacksonville for a week to see some live music at the Britt and explore the area. This home served as the perfect home-base for our adventures by providing maximum peace and comfort for each one of us. The outdoor space was constantly utilized, the game room was a huge hit with the kids, the dining room table was our ongoing puzzle and game space, and the beds were oh-so-comfy. We enjoyed grilling our dinner every night, evening walks to explore town, and hot tubbing under the stars. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful space to relax. We are already planning our return next summer!

This is hands down the best VRBO I have stayed in to date. The attention to detail is phenomenal. You really just have to show up with the clothes you need and that's it! They have shampoo, condition, soap, laundry soap, coffee & fixings, etc etc. It really is a perfect property! Location is fantastic. And all the fun game items in the garage and the bikes make it even more perfect. Can't recommend enough!

This home is a perfect getaway for kids and adults. Kids enjoyed all the games in the garage and the bikes. Adults enjoyed the proximity to all the shops and restaurants!

This home was clean and comfortable. We walked to Ray’s grocery, three coffee shops, wine tasting rooms and cute downtown shops. Fun game room (garage) it was a little cold so we didn’t use the bikes or outdoor space.. but want to come back to this home.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding in Medford. We shared the property with my parents. The location of the property was perfect - right in town and walkable to downtown stores and restaurants. The home is well stocked and made for a very comfortable home base. There is a great game room in the garage that we put the full use. We had our adult children over to the home a couple times to hang out and play games. I definitely recommend the property.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The location, the amenities, the communication with property manager. This felt like a very high end experience from the bedding to the game room. The master bedroom was enormous. the hot tub was luxurious. Deanna was extremely responsive to requests. Would definitely recommend this place to stay to enjoy Jacksonville, Ashland , wine tasting and a trip to Crater Lake.

Just about everything at this house is set up for a perfect Jacksonville stay. It has inviting decor, is very comfortable, clean, and only a few blocks from town. There are lots of small, personal touches. The hot tub and private deck were the cherries on top. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at this property with our adult daughter, son-in-law and 15 month old grandson. Beautiful house with nice amenities, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the porches with awnings, watching the deer come and go. Able to host our cousins with four pre-teen children for dinner. BBQ worked well and they loved the game room in the garage.

Everything is so sparkly clean, BRAND NEW and looks amazing! What an incredible place to escape to and relax, or even better, to entertain your ENTIRE family. The garage is one HUGE game room with air conditioning and I loved the pool table. The couch is massive and so comfortable... Felt great after a long day of traveling but what felt even better was the hot tub. It was super refreshing but showering off afterwards in the gorgeous walk-in shower was a treat as well! After a night in the heavenly king bed I wasnt sure I ever wanted to leave! While the home was very well equipped to stay in and make whatever I wanted there were so ma y amazing places to eat near by that I couldn't pass them up. A grocery store is near by to if you did want to make something yourself. It is a 10/10- BOOK NOW if it is free... It won't be for long, I promise you! Also, the host was phenomenal- very accommodating, communicative and respectful. I would never hesitate to stay at a property managed by her.
