About this house rental
**Newly Renovated kitchen, main floor bath, 3 living room areas, master bedroom, and master bath in fall 2024! This amazing property is located in a prestigious gated community, surrounded by many great restaurants, and exceptional shopping. Downtown Scottsdale is 25 minute drive and downtown Phoenix is 25 minutes. Golf is all around you!
The property has a pool and hot tub (85 degrees with heating fee) and is waterfront. It is meant for peaceful, family enjoyment. The home is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and has a 75-inch TV on the main floor with cable. The master bedroom TV is for movies only or has access to Roku Firestick. The home can comfortably sleep up to 8 (but not exceed).
The whole backside of the house has large windows with views of the pool and waterfront and the outside area includes a very spacious covered patio, gas grill, patio furniture in a newly added extended patio, dock area, and 2 layout chairs for tanning. The private dock is enjoyable to sit on and watch the turtles and fish swim up to say hello to you!

Beautiful property!! Easy check in and simple check out. Host responds promptly. The home worked well for our family - lots of sitting areas and was nice it had 3 bathrooms for a larger family to get ready. We were visiting AZ for a family wedding which took place only a mile from this home. The home is centrally located with easy freeway access (Canyon Lake was lovely), and only a few miles for good shopping!! It was a very special time here. Thank you.

With all of the graduation festivities and celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary with family in town this home was perfect for all of us to unwind, relax, enjoy the views, and the cute turtles that came up to the deck each day. This home allowed ample space for the family to spread out when we needed a break and also gather in multiple sitting area areas. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything. This home is beautiful and in a wonderful community here in Gilbert and close to just about everything. Perfect for those visiting and staycations alike! 10/10

Backyard is delightful and nice views. Birds are loud and nest around the house. Some might like it others might be annoyed. House didn't feel professionally cleaned. House is needing an update as decor and everything are dated along w carpet.
