The property was just as advertised. Very nice and comfortable. It's location gave us access to all of the national parks. Page is a very nice town. Everybody was nice, made eye contact and said hello. The weather was perfect, too!! A great vacation. Thank you Andrew!!

We were completely comfortable in Andy’s home! Communication with Andy was always prompt and clear. The home was well stocked in kitchen and bath. The home was everything we hoped and more, from convenient location, comfortable couch for movie watching in evenings and playing ping pong between exploring the many sights in Page. It was our favorite VRBO! Highly recommend to all!!

This was an excellent home for our short stay at Lake Powell. This was our second stop on a weeklong trip through Southern Utah/Northen Arizona. This house was in excellent condition, clean, and very comfortable. Page isn't very big, but this house was in a great location for getting around to the grocery store, dining, and the lake. The host was very responsive and checking and out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our annual trip to Lake Powell and this home was perfect! We loved the house, the back patio, the comfortable beds, the nice garage, the CLEANLINESS...it was perfect! What was also really nice was the management. We had a very slight issue with the tv streaming and when I emailed the manager, I heard RIGHT back from him, he was so thorough, kind and helpful...ended up on the phone with him to make the fix even quicker. Really impressed with customer service at this home. Great place all around!

We stayed at this property Saturday thru a Monday. This home comfortably fit our family of six. Page is a small town, our Antelope Canyon Tour was 9 mins away and Horseshoe Bend was also 9 mins away. The home has the best mattresses and sheets. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table. No complaints from us with our stay! Thank you so much!

Had as great time here. It was very clean upon arrival. We loved the little touches like the outdoor furniture space with grill. A/C worked great during very hot July week. The kitchenn was stocked well and could prepare crockpot meals in the morning and come back to a hot yummy dinner at night. Our family has done Lake Powell for 27 years and this was our 1st with a VRBO. Nice to get off the lake every day with renting a slip and keeping the boat down there. Real a/c and a great shower were welcome after a long day on the lake. Thanks!

Andy’s place is a perfect place to come back to after a day on the Lake. The house is clean, roomy and comfortable. There was plenty of space to move around with our wheelchair and getting into the bathroom was a breeze. The house is well stocked and we loved the ice machine. The boat park f was amazing! We loved being able to park our boat behind the gate each night. We will definitely be back!

We came up from Phoenix to see Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. The property manager was kind enough to advise us that if we planned on seeing Antelope Canyon we should make reservations in advance. Page is a small town, so anywhere you stay is probably convenient to all you want to do up here, and this soon is easy to get to, there’s plenty of parking, and room if you are towing side by sides nearby. The property was clean, everything worked, and based on the initial response from the owner, I would think if we did have a problem they would have responded quickly.

Our first boat trip to lake Powell in may years. It was very nice to have a comfortable place to come back to after a long day on the water and a perfect spot to prepare for the next day’s adventure.

We have been staying in Page at least once a year for the last 5 to 6 years to play on Lake Powell. Of all the places we have stayed this is by far our favorite! Plan to stay here anytime we can for our trips. The house is super cozy and comfortable. The location is superb as it is a quiet neighborhood yet super close to Walmart and several places to eat! The Host kept us informed while not over communicating! The only thing I would change is the length of my stay! Thank you Andy!!!

Comfortable, clean, and very well-equipped, it really had everything you could possibly need. Conveniently located to Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon, approximately 10-15 minute drive. The host was quick to respond to my questions and I would highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful, clean and had a fully stocked kitchen, which was perfect for our family because we prefer cooking over eating out. Andy was very responsive, helpful and a great host. We appreciated the open floor plan so that the family could spend time together after daily excursions. It is perfectly located to all of the beautiful tourist sights in the area. I highly recommend this house, and would definitely stay there again!

My family (3 adults, 2 babies) used this property while touring the national park sites in the area. This house was great for everyone to spread out and rest up. The patio was a great place to enjoy dinner and a drink while watching the sun set. Andy was very responsive to any questions.

My friends and I were registered for the antelope half marathon vacation race. The location of this house was a 3 min drive to the start and finish line so it was very convenient. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The home was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.
