About this house rental
Welcome to Sutton place. We are a 4 bedroom and 2 bath house close to lake Powell, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, and the Grand Canyon located in Page Arizona. The house provides 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 rooms both with queen size beds and a kids room that has a full futon and twin bunk bed set.
Our home is fully furnished with everything you will need to relax after the life changing experience that is northern Arizona. Don’t let our small quite town fool you! There is plenty to do once the sun goes down. Just a short walk from this house and you will land directly in the middle of all the action.

We had a great stay in Page. It was convenient to the Antelope Canyon tours and Lake Powell. The home is well-stocked and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it.

Great place in a great location. It was well furnished and very clean. Great communication from the owner but not overly so. Will definitely stay again.

House is spacious and adequate for a family. Plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped.
Host is readily available and responsive to needs. He quickly replaced damaged pots and pans during our stay and was open to a later check out when we first thought we might need one.
It is an older house that could benefit from a deeper cleaning at some intervals between multiple rentals.
