It has new ceramic tile flooring, renovated bathrooms, new lighting/ceiling fans and beautiful new furnishings throughout the house. New HVAC system recently installed. The newly renovated kitchen includes new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and many small kitchen appliances: Air Fryer Toaster Toaster Oven Panini Maker Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer Oster Blender Igloo Ice Maker Hamilton Beach Crock Pot Fire Extinguisher Crock Pot The Dining Room has seating for 6. The Coffee Bar has a beautiful wood table that includes a Cuisinart Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, and a Keurig Milk Frother. The Living Room has a beautiful new sectional sofa, a 65” Sony Bravia Smart TV with cable and ceiling fan. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet, king size bed, large dresser, 43” Samsung Smart TV and ceiling fan. The Master Bath has a tub/shower combination. The Guest Room is located on the other side of the house and has 2 XL Twin Beds, a dresser, a double closet, ceiling fan and 32” Samsung Smart TV. The other bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are in the bathroom linen closets. Extra blankets and pillows are located in the bedroom closets. A large (36"x36") portable playpen/crib is located in the Master Bedroom closet, with sheets. The Florida Room has a new sectional sofa, a 32” Samsung Smart TV and ceiling fan. Working remote? A fully furnished office in the Florida Room overlooks the private pool, which includes WiFi, a desk and chair, 24” Samsung Monitor, keyboard, mouse, HP Deskjet Wireless Printer and office supplies. The Laundry is located in the garage, just off the kitchen. It includes a new Maytag Top Loading Washing Machine and Maytag Dryer, as well as a utility sink. For the beach goer, we provide 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, a large beach umbrella, 2 coolers, beach bags, 9x10 beach blanket, 2 shark tooth rakes with sifter. We also provide 2 bicycles with helmets. STEP OUTSIDE The backyard is fully fenced in. The pool is 14' x 25'. The screened in lanai has a covered porch with a sectional sofa. Around the pool is a patio dining table with umbrella, 2 lounge chairs with cushions, and a BBQ Grill (propane included). There’s plenty of beach towels and Turkish towels. A JBL Wireless Speaker is provided. Do not leave pool toys in the pool overnight. - If BBQ Grill is used, it must be cleaned before checkout PET POLICY 1 Dog (under 50 lbs.) allowed with fee. Pet waste must be disposed of. Any damage caused by the pet will result in additional fee. There are dog bowls and dog toys in the hall closet. Please use the quilts in hall closet if your dog likes to chill out on the sofa. There are also doorknob pet bells in the closet, if your dog uses them. All quilts, bowls and toys must be washed prior to checkout. A wonderful dog park, Brohard Paw Park, is located 4.3 miles away.
