About this house rental
Escape to a beautifully updated Cape Cod beach house tucked behind protective dunes on Cape Cod Bay. With a 50-foot private beach directly outside, sweeping water views, multiple decks, and a peaceful marsh setting off the front deck, this is an ideal retreat for a relaxing family or a couple’s vacation any time of year.
Enjoy direct access to your private beach via a modern raised walkway over the protective dunes from the spacious rear deck. Spend the day swimming, shelling, walking the shoreline, or simply relaxing by the water—then gather around an evening beach fire as the surf rolls in.
The home is centrally air-conditioned, well insulated, and heated with natural gas for comfortable year-round stays. The main living area opens onto the spacious rear deck, which connects to the front deck and walkway which overlooks a tranquil marsh. The primary bedroom has its own upper deck with spectacular 180-degree views across Cape Cod Bay and seating to enjoy the spectacular sunrises.as you sip your morning brew.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the large private outdoor shower—a classic Cape Cod tradition—or use one of the two indoor walk-in showers. The kitchen deck includes a large stainless-steel propane grill, burner, and worktable for easy outdoor meals.
Sleeping accommodations include:
First-floor bedroom with a double-over-twin bunk bed
Primary upstairs bedroom with a Select Comfort king bed and private bay-view deck.
Second upstairs bedroom with a queen bed and beautiful beach and bay views.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans. House has two full bathrooms that each include a toilet, vanity, and walk-in shower. Private off-street parking accommodates two to three vehicles. No town beach sticker is needed.
Maximum occupancy is six guests at all times, including daytime beach use. This limit helps us maintain a quiet, well-cared-for home and complies with local rental regulations. Older children and responsible teenagers are warmly welcomed when traveling with family.

The beach views from the master bedroom balcony were stunning! Access to the beach was easy with the recently built walkway over the dunes. The kitchen amenities were beyond my expectations! The bathroom had a very large shower. We were very pleased with Margie, the host; her communication was excellent. We experienced our first Nor’easter with two days of rain and high winds. The house had flashlights, tools, first aid kit, very well equipped for storms. The instruction manual prepared by the owners was very detailed, very helpful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beachfront home.

The oceanfront location was absolutely perfect. We especially appreciated the new boardwalk, which made crossing the dunes to the beach effortless and enjoyable. The shoreline was dotted with stunning quartz and granite stones that gently washed ashore like smooth river rocks. Our children collected these unique treasures just as much as the seashells. Be sure to pack water shoes to comfortably explore the beach.The home itself is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with exquisite artwork that reflects the care and investment poured into making this space truly special. The customized closets, for example, made unpacking a breeze and kept our belongings neatly organized throughout our stay. While the downstairs bedroom lacks a built-in closet, the rolling garment rack provided a convenient alternative. The upstairs bathroom is spacious and served as our main shower area. Although the downstairs bathroom features a smaller shower, we found it perfect as a powder room, conveniently located between the kitchen and family room. The views from the second-story bedrooms and the upstairs deck are breathtaking. With a public beach on one side, the right side of the house and the queen bedroom upstairs offer stunning vistas of rolling dunes meeting the ocean. Despite its proximity to the public beach, the home felt wonderfully private, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.This home truly exudes character and charm, thank you for sharing it with our family.
