Just minutes away from Naples, upscale shopping, wildlife trails, chartered fishing, and Everglades National Park, the adventures are plentiful. Marriott's Crystal Shores resort offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort offers direct beach access, heated pools, a whirlpool and a waterslide. ** Please note – Owners/guests at Crystal Shores do not have usage privileges at Marco Island Marriott. This Marriott Crystal Shores condo is simply amazing. World class view of pool and ocean. Plenty of room, clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable. Close to everything.

Excellent stay!
The staff was courteous. The lobby smelled AMAZING! Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The snack bar had essentials we left. The fitness center was perfect. Good equipment. The only drawback was the advertisement of Starbucks on site. I was thinking there would be an actual small version of the cafe when it was only a fountain type option that didn't work the entire week and it didn't look like they had any plans on fixing it anytime soon. I guess that's my fault for misinterpreting "We proudly serve Starbucks" . Other than that the resort was a hit with the family.

Awesome family vacation spot
One of my all time favorite resorts. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and quick to help in any way needed. The resort is quaint and clean while offering everything you would want.

Worth it and very enjoyable
Our family of five enjoyed this resort over Spring Break 2015. What a wonderful property. Favorites: Pool, clean room, enormous balcony (best part with amazing sunsets), game area on ground level. We were there during construction and it was not distracting, although parking was tough. The beach is long and inviting, but it is not soft sand due to the shells. Our kids loved the shells! We've been to many Marriott properties and this was wonderful - will go back. Drawback are drinks and food at the pool restaurant were very expensive - we just made our own instead!

Family Beach Time
Our trip started off a little hectic at check in mainly due to miss information given to us from the staff on site.
I will say I picked up the phone called vacation candy and the girls went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the situation to ensure our family was totally accommodated to meet our booking expectations.
Thank you again we look forward to working together in the future with any future reservation and would highly recommend vacation candy anyone. Best regards

Fabulous property and staff
Spent a week in March and had a great time at Crystal Shores. Updated property with very clean and up kept facilities. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Lots of activities as part of the resort kept kids happy. A little expensive compared to other properties in the area but sometimes you get what you pay for. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Vacation
The Marriott Crystal Shores was a wonderful resort. The water slide kept kids entertained along with the games in the courtyard. Room was very spacious and clean and modern. Would love to return.

Great place!
We had an amazing time here. The condo was beautiful and spacious. It had all the comforts of home. It had paper towel and paper supplies which was super nice. We would definitely come back!!!

Pleasantly Surprised Lux Feel
We had no idea what to expect upon arrival for our vacation. We had never booked a villa/timeshare at a hotel resort prior. I would have to say our experience was awesome. The room was nicely furnished, large, well appointed, and clean. The amenities at the hotel were everything we needed for our family with teens to young adult; 3 pools/hot tubs, water slide, right on the ocean, nice workout facility, pool & ping-pong tables, restaurants, planned activities for all ages, a nice luxury feel to the place. Our so-called Islandview still had a nice view of the ocean off to the left. We were within walking distance to great restaurants and activities. The hotel staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. Bottom line, loved having the convenience of a condo (kitchen, multiple bedrooms) with the amenities of a resort hotel. Would definitely do this again in the future!

Great trip! Great experience!
We loved our trip to Marco Island! The Marriott Crystal Shores was a great, clean property. Great for families and kids! Tons of outdoor games, zero entry pool for our little one, and huge slide for us adults. Vacation Candy was easy to work with! We even received a beach gift from them the day we arrived. What a surprise! Thank you Vacation Candy!

Top Notch!
We stayed 7 nights in the Gulf View villa and couldn't be happier. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a fantastic view (even though it was on the side of the building, the view was still awesome). The description was 100% accurate. The balconies were enormous and allowed for dinners and relaxing for the entire family. The property itself was beautiful, especially with the new building area that just opened. It was a good mix of all ages and the place welcomed families with open arms.

wonderful location and room
WE thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Marco Island. Our room was plenty big enough for our family of 6 (5 adults and 1 teenager). Loved that the room had all of the extras like dishwasher (with soap) washer and dryer, table for 8 as well as very nice cookware and dishes and glasses.
Pool water was warm (especially for us new Englanders) but I don't know if that can be adjusted except that the pools at the deepest were only 4 ft if that...despite that, there were many games/activities to play outside of the pool. We never had trouble finding chairs at the pool.
