About this bed and breakfast
We accept pets, however we do have a 2 dog maximum and a $20 fee - also, please be mindful that we have a strict NO-Smoking policy that applies to the entire property. An additional $500 fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found. Now for the space - we’re located in the SoMa district of downtown Little Rock. This original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. You gain access from the alley through a walk gate with a combination lock. On the day of your arrival Doug will send you the code to the gate and the Carriage House door. The entire property has been renovated and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in a residential neighborhood and an easy walk to bars, restaurants, museum, and shopping. For those with dogs(no cats), there is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Please message me if your traveling with pets. We have a two dog maximum with a $20 fee.

This was by far the best VRBO we've ever stayed in! The property was incredibly dog-friendly, and it was obvious that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The fenced backyard was an absolute game changer for our dogs, and we really appreciated the convenience of having poop bags and a designated trash can readily available.Inside, the home was cozy, welcoming, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The combination of comfort, convenience, and pet-friendly amenities made our trip so much more enjoyable.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, especially fellow dog owners. We would absolutely stay here again if we're back in the area!

Very clean and nice for a 'tiny' house, that didn't really feel 'tiny'. Just a couple of blocks to a cute entertainment district, SOMA, with bars and restaurants and an excellent ice cream shop. All amenities you'd ever need were there. And dog-friendly! We'd stay again if/when we return to Little Rock.
