Fairly clean throughout. Linens clean. Room was cool and comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
Needs more outside trash cans as trash overflows. Cloth chair in room had many stains; not sure if it had been cleaned or not. Refrigerator coils at inside back was caked with ice. Additional portable AC in room filters were very dirty. Ceiling above curtain valance had black colored mold.

Great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Nice size rooms with comfy beds, nice furnishings. Great room for the money. I needed a budget room for a night traveling and this was perfect.
A little differed maintenance, signs of aging.

The have done some upgrades but their still more that need to be done
Elevator almost made me hurt myself . Bathroom floor was nasty as hell.
