Walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, groceries and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. • Amazing outdoor space sit in in the back yard community space while you enjoy the propane fire pit, games, grills, seating and more. • Beach gear, towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers and sand toys • You will be greeted with a welcome gift, your 1st beverage with snacks and your online Paradise Book. (Local Menus, discounts, attractions, maps, guides in unit) • Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ on the big screen TV • Full private kitchenette with everything you need. • Private Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries) • 1 bedrooms, and bathroom and a laundry machine located on site for your use • All Beds/ Pillows are Brand New, Deluxe, Hypoallergenic with waterproof cover. House Guidelines Additional $150 credit card hold is required through our text message application which will be sent to you day of check-in. This is for incidentals or house rules broken. All visitors breaking the following Guidelines are cause for immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of $150 CC Hold. • This is a smoke free property. • No personal mail delivered to this property is allowed. • No unregistered guests, unapproved parties or large gatherings. • 1 designated parking spot per unit per City of Cocoa Beach • No street parking or parking at neighboring properties any street parking could be subject to ticketing or towed at owner’s expense. • No pets. • No late checkouts, if 30 minutes or more late there will be a $30 per hour charge. After 12:01 pm you will be charged additional full night’s stay. • An additional 50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed • Do not disturb other guests or enter other units • Cameras and decibel sensors installed in shared areas for safety. Please do not tamper with cameras sensors. House Guidelines for Long Term Guests - 14 Days or Longer • Additional security deposit may be required for stays over 30 days or more • Mandatory 14-day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25 Note to All Guests • All info on checking in will be sent to you via the platform and text • Unit must be available for weekly pest maintenance. We will make guest aware when we need access.

The bathroom was a little dirty. The property wasn’t the best. Found little metal tanks all over which was obviously drugs. Then saw the owner that night after I had a phone call inside which I was being loud and arguing but it was not a long phone call at all, and the owner told me that I need to not use vaulger language instead of just saying keep the sound down. So it felt like my freedom of speech was taking away from me and I was scared to talk the rest of the time.

The property itself is super cute and the outdoor space is amazing. The room is small but enough for 2 people for a weekend. My biggest complaints are the room has an adjoining door into the rest of the house and the neighbors were quite noisy and there is not a whole lot of privacy. There were beach carts with essentials for the beach, the chairs were very nice but the umbrella and boogie boards were very cheap and most were almost completely broken. There is no sign or information on where to find the carts but the owners were quick to tell us where we could find them. Bed was extremely comfortable. Overall is was a decent stay, definitely needs more information for guests to avoid any delays in doing things!

On Vrbo, it does not show beach towels and beach cart as available. On Vrbo & Lodgify, neither stated that there was no smoking ANYWHERE on the property. I understand inside and also if other guest are outside but I am a conscientious smoker. If I had known this, i would not have paid to stay here. Also, it stated that no guest under 25 years of age. Saw 2 children stay in my 4 days stay there. Seems shady to me.

Loved the community. I am spoiled by ample private space so this was an adventure. Reminded me of a lake house with 2nd hand furniture and older fixtures. Clean and accommodating.

Great location, very very short walk to the beach. Saw 2 launches during the week we were there. Quiet neighborhood. Unit was clean and very comfortable. Beachy decor. Common areas outside were relaxing.

This location is fabulous. Easy access to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. Neighborhood felt safe and clean. The condo was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed every moment and didn’t want to leave!

Seemed a lot further than 500 steps to the ocean. Liked that we didn't need to bring beach towels, umbrella, & wagon to haul our stuff to the beach. Would definitely consider staying here for a longer trip.

This was a great place for me and my son! Close access to beach, lovely courtyard. I wish we would have known about access to beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We found them after purchasing our own. Would definitely return!

Super cute! We loved the proximity to the beach and food, the decor, and the adorable back yard w/ bar! It was a little warmer in the room than we like, and no thermostat, but it should be comfy for someone who doesn't keep their personal thermostat on 68! The small touches though, really made the stay, even though it was a short one!
