Walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, groceries and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. • Amazing outdoor space sit in in the back yard community space while you enjoy the propane fire pit, games, grills, seating and more. • Beach gear, towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers and sand toys • You will be greeted with a welcome gift, your 1st beverage with snacks and your online Paradise Book. (Local Menus, discounts, attractions, maps, guides in unit) • Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ on the big screen TV • Full outside screened in kitchen with everything you need for your use only • Private Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries) • 1 bedrooms and bathroom and a laundry machine located on site for your use • All Beds/ Pillows are Brand New, Deluxe, Hypoallergenic with waterproof cover. House Guidelines Additional $150 credit card hold is required through our text message application which will be sent to you day of check-in. This is for incidentals or house rules broken. All visitors breaking the following Guidelines are cause for immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of $150 CC Hold. • This is a smoke free property. • No personal mail delivered to this property is allowed. • No unregistered guests, unapproved parties or large gatherings. • 1 designated parking spot per unit per City of Cocoa Beach • No street parking or parking at neighboring properties any street parking could be subject to ticketing or towed at owner’s expense. • No pets. • No late checkouts, if 30 minutes or more late there will be a $30 per hour charge. After 12:01 pm you will be charged additional full night’s stay. • An additional 50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed • Do not disturb other guests or enter other units • Cameras and decibel sensors installed in shared areas for safety. Please do not tamper with cameras sensors. House Guidelines for Long Term Guests - 14 Days or Longer • Additional security deposit may be required for stays over 30 days or more • Mandatory 14-day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25 Note to All Guests • All info on checking in will be sent to you via the platform and text • Unit must be available for weekly pest maintenance. We will make guest aware when we need access.

We stayed in this unit for one night before our cruise. It was a perfect proximity to the cruise port. Walking distance to the beach is short, and it was nice to have provided beach chairs and umbrella. This unit met our needs for one night and a much better price than area hotels.

We loved this place! We were 5 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. They had a wagon with boogie board, beach chairs and umbrella. The outdoor space around this property is so inviting and so cute! We would certainly stay here again if given the chance!

Very cozy & relaxing. We enjoyed the outside common area, playing corn hole, connect 4 & relaxing in the porch swing chair. We met our neighbors, who were very nice. Would love to come back some day!!

This rental is the perfect place for anyone taking a cruise. It’s just minutes from the port. We stayed at this location before and after our cruise. The property manager kept fantastic communication with us. The property and rental area is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed seeing the different “themes” to the different rental areas. We stayed in a Seahorse, Flamingo, and Space (NASA type) themed rentals. They leave complementary snacks and drinks for the renters. The bed sheets were awesome…wish I had some at home! The bathrooms had plenty of hot water. Everything about our stay at this property was wonderful. If we come back to Cocoa Beach we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and cozy. Exactly as pictured! It is so cute, small but welcoming. Cookies and goodies waiting for you are a nice touch. Blankets were so soft, like bamboo sheets (I don’t know if they were), perfect to go to sleep in the Florida heat. We only spend one night, slept and left. Had dinner at the kitchen, felt nice to be eating “outside”. A+

We loved staying in the Flamingo! Just a quick walk to the beach, quiet and equipped with anything you could need! The patio is wonderful and we enjoyed the fire on the chilly January evenings. We will definitely be back!!

This was a great place to stay before a cruise. It was near the beach so we were able to walk on the beach without having to drive anywhere. It was also a very short drive to the cruise pier. I can't wait to go back and spend a few days there!

Stayed for one night prior to cruise, Ports are within 10mins of property. 45mins drive from Orlando Airport. Greg is a neighbor who coordinates with the property owner to help taxi people to/from the airport as well as the cruise ports-for a small fee (less than an uber/lyft) Greg not only picked us up from the airport, but also took us to the cruise port as well as pick us up later that week to taxi us back to MCO airport. The property is beautiful and really only a 5min walk to the beach. Property was small but perfect for our short stay. The bed was comfortable as well as the trundle underneath for my 5yo daughter. The treats left for us were wonderful and an excellent surprise. Toys and bikes in the shed were a great plus. This property is worry free and an excellent choice for a easy transition from airport to cruise the night before.

It's a nice clean little spot, steps away from the beach which is beautiful. The only thing we have to say about it is the walls are paper thin so there is no privacy with hearing the people next door. If you don't mind hearing everything and I mean EVERYTHING that is going on next door and vs versa then it may work out for you.
