Está visto !!!

Pagar quase $400 dólares por dito Suíte , que era um quarto barulhento com cama e sofá , e embora a reserva feita para um casal e duas crianças , foi dito que os dois deveriam dormir no tal sofá e nos mesmos teríamos que arrumar a cama para deitarem !

Para ser franco , não gostamos de quase nada . O local onde era servido o café da manhã era bem desconfortável !

Ok für Übernachtung auf der Durchreise mit Auto

Komfortables Hotel in einer Zone mit lauter solchen Hotels, die wohl auf die Kreuzfahrttouristen ausgerichtet sind, die vom Hafen aus losfahren. Parkplätze um das Hotel herum vorhanden. Frühstück war ok (sieht man vom notorischen Wegwerf-/Einwegwahnsinn ab), Frühstücksraum ebenfalls ordentlich.

Made my vacation miserable

From the looks, the hotel looked clean. I woke up the next morning to over two hundred bites on the back of my legs before boarding my cruise ship that day. They were itchy and red. We didn’t have the time to investigate because our boarding time was early. On the cruise the bites got bigger and more painful. Becoming a complete uncomfortable situation for my trip. Finally I went to medical and they confirmed I had bed bug bites on my legs. The friend traveling with me that stayed on a separate floor also had bites but not as many as me. They were also confirmed bed bug bites. After the cruise we stopped off by the hotel and tried to make them aware but management Ed didn’t want to hear it or even take our concern seriously. We were dismissed. I have also added a review on google and I told the people waiting in the lobby because if it were me I would want to know. He became angry stating I was slandering his business however they were facts and not assumptions. He did call a housekeeper to meet him in my room but came back stating there was nothing there. The other room was occupied and he didn’t check it. No apology no I’ll have a professional come check it out just dismissed.

Nice location, rooms were very clean and breakfast was nice.

I would like to give a "shout out" to the front desk person by the name of Jewel. She was precious, extremely nice and very patient with my family. She was a good listener and any questions that I had she answered them quickly. The entire front desk staff was very helpful. If we needed anything for the room, the request was taken care of promptly. The only issue I have was with a housekeeper staff member who told my husband that she didn't understand English as he had gotten slightly confused. That was not necessary and definitely not helpful to him. I did not appreciate that at all.

Have housekeeping staff to be more helpful. We are not trying to be difficult and we understand what there duties are but do not think when we ask a question that it means more work for you. A simple referral to someone else who can help us is much better than saying "no speak English".

Was great. Will stay there again in December for a cruise.

Easy check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice.. clean.. comfy. Whole place was clean. Across the street almost from cruise port. Close to everything. Price was good. We stayed at Radisson in May.. a few buildings down.... not so nice… This was hands down the best.

Acceptable for a short stay. Poor breakfast

The location is convenient, staff is helpful, rooms are quite large.

The pool is adequate only for children, breakfast is minimal, little food choice, overall a very cheap and poor appearance. Room carpet seems quite old for the hotel standard

The guy in the restaurant was very welcoming

When we checked in the guy at reception wasn't welcoming. We put litter outside our door as our room bin was overflowing and it wasn't removed until the day we checked out

Our room was quiet. It's nice to have breakfast included.

Our room had a weird smell, like someone had smoked in there and then tried to cover it up. I didn't like that there wasn't a safe in the room.
