Para ser honesta, nada. No lo recomiendo

Hotel es muy viejo, no lo tienen cuidado. El personal no sabe de servicio al cliente, todo el personal estaba molesto como si me estuvieran haciendo un favor a mi como huésped por hospedarme ahí. No lo recomiendo.

100% will stay here again. My husband wants to come back to watch more rocket launches!

The STAFF was amazing!!!!!!!!!! The service we received was beyond what was expected. The hotel is beautiful and very well located! We started our stay by returning from a cruise early. Very thankful for the smooth transition of checking in early, dropping the bags off until our room was ready. That process was truly STRESS FREE and very quick. Enabled our family enough time to get to the Kennedy Space Center and enjoy the day there. The lady checking us was amazing as well. We were very relaxed all night returning from our mini strip to Space Center. We came back & kids swam while we enjoyed birthday drinks with live music at the tiki bar with very awesome server TJ. Server Keith from the restaurant also went up and beyond to ensure we could celebrate my husband's b-day. We even were able to watch a night rocket launch from the property grounds!!!! BONUS! Later, we got the kids settled for the night in the room. My son spilled water all over the bed. Housekeeping came in BIG as they provided us with not only a new bed set, but also provided us with a cot for our third child. And let us not forget Bartender TINA at the inside bar! We appreciate her service, positive attitude, area tips and all the amazing conversation! THANK YOU, Radison for an amazing ending to our Spring Break vacation!

Location and pool were great. Shuttle service for airport and cruise was awesome.

It was just an overnight so was short , were able to leave our cases in a locked room while we went out for lunch. Good

We were upgraded to Suite which was nice and had a small facility , sink, coffee, fridge etc rooms were clean and comfortable, shower was strong and clean too.

If you want a value hotel this property fills the bill.

Restaurant inside bartender very nice and food was good. Beds were comfortable. Location was very close to Port, pool was nice.

Dirty room on check in. Food left in refrigerator, dirty towels, dirty clothes bag and women's underwater left in closet. Called housekeeping and problem rectified and apologies offered. Never received a final invoice by email after checking out. For a large hotel, there were only about 30 to 40 lounge chairs at the pool. Hotel very outdated, but well maintained.

Price-Quality Ratio not here

The pool area was great. Location was convenient to Kennedy Space Centre. The staff were lovely.

The rooms were incredibly outdated and for the rate payed I would have expected a more modern room. The decor was very circa 1990 and very tired in appearance. We were also charged extra for parking the car out side our room in and absolutely enormous car park.

Excellent place to stay, I’d recommend to everyone

Everything, Jonathan was so very helpful with luggage and parking my car due to my handicapped husband. The ones who checked us in for the cruise,getting the shuttle was all excellent. We will definitely stay there again awaiting our next cruise.thanks and keep up the great work.

Can’t think of anything maybe better seating in the lobby Our shuttle driver was late, making me a bit nervous, but we did arrive to meet the boat.

Wouldn't come here again.

We booked the hotel for the pool. This is what they advertise the main picture on the booking site. And the pool was closed for renovations. There was no apology given. They offered we go to the neighboring hotel pool which was much smaller and full of leaves and the person there at the reception was suprised and not welcoming at the idea that we were coming to use their pool. The room was old, the shower curtain didn't reach the bottom of the shower so all water splashed out. We had a reservation for 4 but only got 3 towels. The staff was defensive at every turn.

Great for staying one night close to the port if you’re cruising. Not great if you’re wanting a vacation place.

It was filthy. The pool was green and it was apparent that the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. The ceiling fan was caked in dust and my husband had to clean it to circulate air.

Very okay. Would highly recommend.

The food and cocktails at Flamingos was good and reasonably priced. Our room had a nice clean smell. Very comfortable bed. Room was quiet. Couldn’t hear neighbors.

I didn’t like paying for parking.

Very Convenient!

We stayed here one night before our cruise. It's super convenient for that purpose. The port was like 5 minutes away. The hotel itself is a little outdated but they have a really cool pool and bar. The best part was the front desk staff! Somehow there was a second room booked under my name I wasn't aware of, and the manager went above and beyond to help me get it squared away so I wouldn't be charged because booking.com was making it super difficult.

The hotel bathroom wasn't the best. Toilet seats need to be replaced. That was pretty much it, the rooms are outdated.

The pool has dangerous cracks for children. It is dirty and people drinking beer and other alcoholics in the pool and they had their food. Unfortunately, nobody cares. Rooms are not comfortable. All in all it is more a motel-character. Therefore it was way too expensive.
