Property was clean. The first night the bed in the second room partially collapsed. We pulled out the roll away bed in the closet for my daughter to use the remainder of the stay. Notified manager. The wood splintered in the box spring. Looked like it was previously repaired. It wasn’t a big deal since we had the roll away bed that my daughter said was comfortable. Except for the bed issue, it was a nice stay.

This little slice of heaven is a perfect location. Literally yards to the beach and minutes walk to the Pier. I felt safe in this area. The unit is well appointed and very clean. Joan is a very attentive and courteous host. We will be back AND YOU SHOULD GO!

When we arrived the first night the place wasn't cleaned from the previous people, the sheets were not done and we were all disappointed. First time I have ever done a VRBO and I was shocked. Joan made it right the next day but I can tell you I was really disappointment the first night. We got in really late and I had no way to get a hold of anyone. Found some sheets in another room and that's what we slept on the first night. Like I said, had the place looked like it did after we reported it, it would have been great but starting off it was rough.

Property was clean and very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable and it would have been a plus if there was a TV in 2nd bedroom. But, other than that we were very pleased and will rent again on our next family vacation. VRBO had sent me wrong entry number, so we couldn'tget in, but I sent message to host and she texted me right back with correct code.

All in all it was a good stay. Older property. Quiet. Kitchen could use some updating. Outdoor setting was disappointing. Bring your own beach gear.

This is the place if you want to BEACH!

My wife, two adult kids and I stayed here for a couple of nights and it was perfect. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach and groceries and other amenities are nearby. The place was clean and very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed and said she could feel the springs, but it is a sofa bead after all. They're meant for convenience, not comfort. The only thing of note, and this isn't a complaint, is there were no condiments, spices, or such provided like some VRBO's have. So make sure you bring your own if you plan on cooking.

The house was very comfortable and clean. I was in Cocoa for a business trip so I did not get to go to the beach, but it is just a short walk. Very nice, quiet, and spotless.
