Situated in Cape Canaveral, this attractive house for $129 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our Renovation features Beachy resort furnishings. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms (King, Full, twin, and pull-out couch), 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a dining room table will seat 7. There are 3 large flat smart screen TVs with cable. The beach paradise is fully furnished with sheets, towels, dishes and cookware, to beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys for the kids! Right between SANDPIPER PARK (4 minute walk) with a well-equipped children's playground, a lighted ball fields, and (4 minute walk) the beach. Close to Kennedy Space Center, Restaurants, Cruise Port and only 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Also, 1 hour from all major Theme Parks. Just 5 minutes away from Ron Jon largest surf shop and Port Canaveral. Near the Brevard Zoo, Merritt Isl. and National wildlife refuge and Veteran Memorial Museum.

Jan 7-28th 2024. The place was clean and fresh. Lots of room in the unit. Great kitchen with updated appliances. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Pete is a great host and is readily available for questions and help. He lives close by and was always accessible. The location is a 2 minute walk to the beach and close to everything else you might want/need. We saw two Nasa launches while we were there and the beach location was great for that. Defiantly would stay there again. 5 star recommendation from this group. Thanks Pete for everything, especially the late checkout.!!!

The property was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. It was a great location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was clean and quite. Lots to do nearby...Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge and Cocoa Beach Village shopping center for souviriers! We had a ball!

We absolutely loved staying here Very clean and stocked. Located on a quiet street and close to the BEACH! This was our first experience renting from VRBO. Super easy to do and worry free experience. We had a lot of fun in the area. We definitely recommend this place! We know for the future this is the place to be!!!

From arrival to leaving, we felt very much at home. Our pet was just as happy. The premises were updated,like the pictures, and just right for us. Court yard was lovely and the use of the grill was a plus. Cannot say enough about the owner- pleasant and helpful. Beach was just about at your doorstep. Great morning walks too. We saw a few launches right from this location and the experience was amazing.

Loved our time spent there. Unit was nice and clean. Has everything you need for your stay. Beach was nice and close quick walk down the street. Peter was very accommodating. His response time was very quick when we had questions or needed anything at all. I will definitely book another stay at this unit.

This condo had plenty of room for my family and was close enough to the beach to walk. There were several chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach and the beds were quite comfortable. We had a bit of a miscommunication with the owner that resulted in some confusing texts but no major issue was caused.

The house is renovated, clean, fully stocked and the best part is it’s a five minute walk to the beach. Pete was in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The beaches weren’t crowded which was nice. The only con was the ocean was a little murky and sea weedy on some days but that can happen anywhere. Can’t wait to go back.
