For the price we paid for a 2 night stay, I feel the service could be been better.

We had 3 kids with us and they were very excited about the game room, movie theatre, lazy river and the mini golf course.

There were quite of few things that could use improvement. Pool: The main pool was under maintenance during out stay, but we were not notified this would be the case ahead of our arrival. Towels: While the kids were in the hot tub, I rquested fresh dry towels from the front desk. I was met with a response that I would have to go to my room so they could deliver them to me. She eventually "made a one time exception" and provided the towels to me, but also mentioned that they are reluctant to do this because they want to make sure they have enough pool towels for the guests who were arriving that day (very odd). Breakfast: The server at the bar taking orders from everyone in the am was not a pleasant person. Her accent was very thick and hard to understand. The ordering process was also very odd. Prefer to either have a waitress at table or go through a buffet. Pool Bar: Our stay was during the NCAA basketball tournament. We were expecting to sit at that area, have a drink and watch some games while kids were enjoying the lazy river. There was only 1 TV that was working. We started watching the game and then the TV just stopped working. That was a bit of a bummer.

Very comfortable appartmant,fully equipped, good location to cruises and super movie and games!

Rooms is biiiig, nice with kitchen, many facilities, movie, game room. Close to the harbour.

the staff were so nice and it was so clean ! the whole family had fun!

pool area was great ! the kids and adults loved it ! plus the movies and activities for the kids were really good too! we even got to witness the satilite taking off! Seeing the cruise ships when they docked and left was awesome!

the food was a little expensive . it was good but not worth the money . not many places close by to get food .

Superb

The room was very clean. The amenities were too notch. I liked that there was a working kitchen with plates and utensils ready to use.

I wish there had been a reclining chair in the room. I cannot lay flat on a bed. A reclining chair would have allowed for a more comfortable night's sleep.

Excellent although shorter than planned

Came from UK with family have stayed a few times before and own at Orange Lake Resort Kissimmee. Have never stayed in a Signature Collection villa before and was beyond impressed absolutely stunning 👍🏻

Couldn’t fault accommodation just wish we had been able to complete our 2 night stay but our 2 year old granddaughter became quite ill so we returned to our home base at Orange Lake. It would have been nice if the second night had been refunded from our booking as reservation was over $1000

Pleasant

The room reserved was for 5 people, but they placed us in a room that slept 4 and did not have rollaway beds. We were forced to find a store to purchase an air mattress and blankets. The front desk indicated they would supply one extra set of towels for the 5th person but never sent them to the room. There amenities close early, with the gym and only on site restaurant closing at 8 pm. The pictures on the site are misleading in regard to the proximity to the beach and the location isn’t within walking distance of anything except the beach.

Bugs and moved to another room and still bugs. Had 4 kids move at 10:30 at night. Horrible experience and was told the move was an upgrade but wasn't.

Bill at the outdoor bar was our favorite! Great service, helpful and on top of everything. Good meals. Mini golf on site that’s free was awesome.

Wish you offered chairs/umbrellas for the beach. Maybe even coolers to use. Distance to the beach was farther than expected.

Overpriced and a very odd check in experience but comfortable enough for a couple of nights.

Well-located for the port and cruise-terminals, plenty of free parking and spacious apartments, so it's good if you're travelling with friends or a family. The breakfast was nice and good value despite having to pay for it on one of the days (see below)! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment too.

The check-in process was in 2 steps. Part one to check your details then across the hall to the other desk where they give you the room key and try to sell you a time share! Be warned. The woman was very nice, but offering $100s in incentives to go on a 'tour of the resort' for 90 minutes - don't do it, it will be a hard sell. We booked 2 nights for 4 people knowing breakfast would be included. They actually give you vouchers with a value that equtes to 4 breakfasts in total... in other words if 4 of you are staying 2 nights you have to pay for your breakfast on the second day. Finally the room / apartment. It's spacious, especially the living area and master bedroom. Nice balcony. It's a bit dated despite being told it had a refresh during COVID, I think they refershed the soft furnishings. It was fine. The air condition unit is VERY noisy and was in a closet in the hallway so we had to set the termostat to turn it off. Luckily it was winter but I don't know how you'd cope in the summer as you'd need it on. Our experince when looking for somewhere to book was that most places are overpriced in this area (around the port and anywhere near the theme parsk) and having stayed here, I can confirm this is no exception. You don't get a lot for your money.

Nice hotel

Location was great. Restaurants and happy hour were reasonably priced. Lovely walk to the beach but might be long for some. And the Space X launch was fantastic.

Our king bed studio was lovely but no natural light or view. It was like an inside room. The one window looked out to the common corridor where people walked by all the time so the blinds had to be kept shut. The freezer in the fridge was almost covered in with ice which made it unusable and prevented the fridge from cooling properly.

my rug was not vacuumed before I arrived. there was food crumbs in the bedroom on the rug. the dryer only worked once in a while. had to call front desk about everyday regarding this issue. it would work better once then I would have to call again

Location was great. It was beach front with a boardwalk to the beach.

Breakfast was not included. The boardwalk was locked in the early AM and we had to walk around to see the sunrise.

it was a great property but the booking messed everything up through your site

we were supposed to have a spa tub for the babies- only a shower. we were supposed to have a included breakfast which the booking said was included that’s why we booked but it was not. if this booking site doesn’t make up for all this we won’t be using again.
