This is a mixed review because our stay was a bit interesting. Overall, the rental is clean & as it appears in the pictures. The bed was comfy and the kitchen is spacious. Check in was easy & I enjoyed the keyless entry. Improvements could be made around the overall comfort of the home, while its very pretty it is not a place you can spend a lot of time. Not that you should be doing that you're in LA afterall. It appears that the owner cut what was previously a single-family home into a duplex, leaving little space between the bedrooms and virtually no entryway or separation between the kitchen & the living room. We were a group of 4 women & fit in the space relatively comfortably but its really a place for 2 travelers. The comforters were a bit thin, and I would have liked additional bedding options, such as extra blankets. While the kitchen is spacious, there weren't a lot of cooking accessories and absolutely no seasonings/ oils- we understand some host don't provide this, though it's a nice add- making cooking it during a 3-night stay impractical. The listing indicates that towels are provided, which they were both body & hand towels, but included no washcloths. This is a preference, but they would have been nice to have. We did note that there was a selection of toiletries available. Parking in the driveway was tight & we did not have a big car. There is plenty of street parking, it would be virtually impossible to fit two full-size cars in the driveway. But this is where it's a little dicey. I'd like to start this part off by saying at no point did we feel unsafe during our stay. But as I mentioned the house has been duplexed, so there is another unit in the back of the house. During our stay we noticed a large group of teenagers (aka kids) going through an open gate into the back yard. A few minutes later we were greeted by loud music and what was very obviously a full-blown house party. After peeking out the window it was clear about 20+ kids were in the yard and in the back of the house. We're all pretty young and remembered being that age, so we let them be, as they were clearly just having a good time/taking advantage of the opportunity. However if we had our own kids or they weren't just enjoying themselves peacefully, it could have been an issue. The next morning we checked out and met some of the neighbors, everyone clearly heard it and were concerned we'd thrown the party. Idk how often this happens but is of note when booking

Great location for all LA has to offer
Great location for all LA has to offer
We came for Super Bowl and were only 3 miles from the Sofi Stadium. This was a great location for game access, jetting to Mariana del Ray for dinner, heading to concerts at Crypto Arena. The place is just as pictured, cozy and quaint.

Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay
The rental unit is in a residential area that is quiet and was less than a 10 minute drive to SoFi Stadium. Very convenient place to stay if you are planning to see an event at SoFi, the Forum or just want to be near LAX. After a long day of attending events and a concert, it was nice to come to a place that was calm and relaxing. The unit is very spacious and comfortable with high ceilings and beautifully decorated decor. There is parking available but the space is limited. I was OK with a mid size SUV but any larger and the space to park will be too tight. Entry into the unit was quick and I was able to check in a little earlier. Please do check with the owner ahead of time. I have had good response times with the owner. Typically within the hour. My stay here was very comfortable. A great place to stay to relax and unwind from the L.A. hustle. You will have a wonderful time.
