Nestled in Oak Island, this lovely house for $309 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to Sea-renity New elevated house with new hot spa, new optional golf cart for 6 people with 2-3 mins to the beach or ICW, located at quiet culdesac with a public fishing dock several steps away on the canal to enjoy a beautiful sunrise & sunset; board games, screen-porch, office space, free internet, keyless entry, electrical car charging outlet, new game room with table games, smart TVs with streaming capabilities in each room and bonus/game room(use your own account). Bike, walk or drive to ocean (0.7-0.8 mils). Complimentary adult bike, wagon, chairs, beach toys; free parking, basketball hoop, and Golf cart (has to sign contract, add driver license and insurance and $60 a day charge for each booked day for duration of stay in order to use it. FREE Parking at the beach with our golf cart! The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with attached bathroom, 55 inches TV, arm chair. 2nd bedroom has queen bed, pack and play, convertible couch to bedc great for toddlers (use an additional 2 inch mattress from trundle; an additional room has 2 bunk beds (twin and full bed per bedroom) and twin trundle to use. All beds have memory foam mattresses for sleeping comfort, TVs with abilities to get connected to your favorite service. New game room has 2 couches, AC/heater, TV, and game tables(ping pong, ice hockey). House and backyard Can text the owner any time; very responsive at reasonable times. Quiet area of Oak island beach, close to the new bridge, walking, biking or driving to the beach, around 100 yards to a fishing dock, fall asleep with oak island tranquility(depending on a tide, most evenings can hear ocean waves like you are on the beach). 2-3 mins drive or ride a bike to the beach with a free parking, or walk (0.7 ml) through 1st street and then new bridge. Public fishing dock at the end of the street, several steps away. Kayak access on the next street (5th). House has: New hot spa. Complimentary 2 adult/teen bikes; Ace hockey and pingpong tables fire pit with chairs Charcoal grill Linens and towels are included at no additional cost Outside shower with hot and cold water. Yoga mat. Electrical car charging outlet. Complimentary coffee, shampoo, shower gel, makeup removal, liquid dishwasher and washer detergents are provided for the first several days! Large driveway that can easily park 3 cars. It is large enough to hold your personal boat. One level living but requires stairs as our house is built on piles; some movement is normal. Guest access Home access is by keypad, entry code will be given on your arrival day. Other things to note: Beaches do not have lifeguards. Hurricane season is June 1 to November 1. This area does get hurricanes and the town may require mandatory evacuation. Bridges to Oak Island will close with winds sustained at 45 MPH or greater. The evacuation bridge 2 mins away. Other things to note: Our home has a professional pest control but can not 100% get rid of Palmetto bugs during summer. As with many coastal beach areas, Oak Island has black flies, mosquitos, snakes, Alligators, Deer, and sharks. Minimum age is 25 years old to book, maximum 6 adults; maximum number of people 8 Only dogs allowed, small up to 2, under 25 lb dogs are allowed to come, not puppies. Guest must disclose to the owner/manager if bringing a dog; penalty up to $500 for not disclosing or violating these rules. Please bring own pet food, bed, cage is needed. No dogs on furniture. Successive barking is prohibited. Dog’s owner is responsible for any damages created by his dog. Dog must have immunization records and submit if necessary. $200 nonrefundable fees per stay. penalties applied if not following rules (minimum penalty $200 up to $500)

Our stay was to change our Thanksgiving tradition after unexpectedly losing my mother in-law in the spring. The stay went seamless with very nice and prompt communication with the host. There were 5 adults and a teenager. The house was very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to adequately prepare Thanksgiving meal. Great neighborhood. we utilized the golfcart for beach trips and this was very easy. We look forward to coming back in the summertime.

This was such a great house for families with both older kids and littles. We have four ranging 7-14, and there was something for everyone! We all enjoyed hot tub, game room, neighborhood dock, far enough away to have that private neighborhood, but close enough to still hear the waves. I wish we booked our stay longer, and will definitely come back again!

This was a great trip and a awesome spot. Perfect game room with plenty to do. Awesome screened in hang out area with hot tub. Dock near by for fishing and just a short trip to the beach access. Looking forward to next year already!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and in a great area. Close to the beach and not far from restaurants! Amenities were as expected! The air conditioner may have been pre set. We felt like we would turn it down and it would go back up to a certain temperature! We definitely would love to return!

Excellent Beach House! We have loved visiting Oak Island for its small town feel for 25 years. This house was perfectly comfortable for our family and grandchildren. Everyone had plenty of room to relax, play and enjoy our visit. The backyard was wonderful, play/game room was entertaining and the hot tub was so nice as well. Outside shower was ideal after returning from the beach which was basically a 3 minute drive! Gorgeous inside and out! Communication was also prompt and super easy! Thank you for a great week ❤️

Me and my family stayed here for two weeks, we Absolutely loved it! My kids loved the game room, and the bikes. I love the back yard that is fenced in that kept my youngest from wondering upfront from me! I would have loved to rent a go cart but it just wasn’t in our budget unfortunately. We used our vehicles each time to go take the beach. It was to far to walk with young kids and bringing stuff. All in all me and my family had a Wonderful Vacation and was sad to leave and go home!!

We were looking for a family friendly spot in a quiet neighborhood, near fishing access and with some things available to keep our kiddos busy during our relaxing down time...this place checked all of the boxes and more. It is a beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. On a great family friendly, and quiet street. Super short walking distance to fishing dock at the end of the street- which my family really enjoyed-and we did manage to catch a couple of fish! Our kids absolutely loved the game room set up in the garage and spent a lot of time there. They enjoyed the double bunk set up in their room as well. Us adults enjoyed the lovely screened in porch area, hot tub and awesome outdoor shower! This came in especially handy after a day at the beach. The beach is just a short drive away (maybe 5 min depending on where on the beach you want to go). The house was stocked with most of what you would need and plenty of thoughtful extras. I would visit this property even during off season given all of the amenities (hot tub, fire pit, game room, etc.). Communication was great and easy. Hope to be able to return!

Loved everything about this home. It was very clean, the garage/game room is air conditioned, plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. We hope to stay here again in the very near future!
