Minimum age of renter(s) is 25. 3) The cancellation policy displayed by VRBO/HomeAway is inaccurate. Below is summary of the cancellation policy offered by Keystone Vacation Rentals. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness and weather, we highly recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance to assure the refund of monies paid due to the unforeseen. Please note reservations that are for seven or more nights during holiday/peak time periods will be subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. Reservations for stays thirty (30) nights or longer will be subject to either a 90-day or 120-day cancellation policy. Please contact a reservation specialist for more information. Standard Policy: Cancellations made 45 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less the $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations falling on day 45 to day 31 before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total monies due, not withstanding whether the collection of all remaining monies due has been made pursuant to the Reservation Policy, less the $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after day 30 prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund. 4) A minimum of 50% of the amount due is required at the time of the reservation with the balance due within 30 days from the time of the arrival. All reservations require payment at the time the reservation is made. Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date shall be required to pay the full amount at the time of the reservation. 5) Security Deposits No Longer Required! In lieu of a security deposit, a one-time Damage Waiver fee provides guests with coverage for accidental rental damage during their stay. 6) All promotions exclude holiday nights unless otherwise noted. Promotional rates do not include taxes and fees. Offers valid on qualifying reservations. Keystone Vacation Rentals reserves the right to discontinue or change the promotions at any time. This property has it all! We loved watching the whales spout right outside our window. The mattresses were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved having our own hot tub right above the beautiful waves rolling in!

We saw whales from the condo within minutes of arriving. Comfortable and roomy. Close enough to walk to restaurants, shops and the marina without being in the middle of the summer crowds. We will definitely stay here again.

We have been staying here in this room for the last 6 years give or take. Incredible location, lots to do, and a very well maintained property.

Exactly as advertised. The primary bedroom is beautiful! The hot tub was so nice under the stars. There are minimal provisions (some flour, salt/pepper, no oil, etc) but that's not unusual, just make sure if you're cooking to bring stuff! All in all it was a great experience.

This condo/location was perfect! We had an amazing ocean view right outside our windows. We saw whales every single day. We had the experience of fog, clouds, sunshine, thunder, lightning, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets ... all within 3 full days. We were cheering our luck at finding this place the entire time. We hope to reserve it again through Vrbo! Thank you so much!

This was an amazing property! My wife and stayed with out two adult children and grand daughter who is 5 years old. The condo was very spacious and clean! The kitchen is well appointed with small appliances and amenities. The indoor pool and spa are well maintained. The recreation room was stocked with games and puzzles. We have already booked another stay in September!
