Located in Trempealeau, this lovely cabin for $135 per night is a great choice for your next break. Toddy's Cabin, located near the Trempealeau Lakes, is a 2 bedroom rustic cabin located between the Mississippi River and Second Lake. The Cabin, just off the main lake road, sleeps up to 5. The Cabin is walking distance away from multiple public fishing and hunting areas. Within a 1/4 mile of the Cabin you will find Lock and Dam 6, the Trempealeau Marina and boat launches to access Pools 6 and 7 of the Mississippi River. Visitors may also enjoy hiking and bird watching at Perrot State Park, the Federal Wildlife Refuge or simple kayaking the backwaters. The Great River Bike Trail is nearby as well as many other site seeing adventures. The Cabin is located a short 20 minute drive to either Winona, MN or La Crosse, WI.

Perfect for privacy and for dogs

Cabin was cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed the yard and privacy of the area. Close to beautiful Perrot State Park and some good restaurants. My wife and I and our dogs had a really great time unwinding at the cabin and exploring the Trempealeau area. We would not hesitate to recommend or come back.

Toddy's Cabin ticked all the boxes!! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved the outdoor firepit and appreciated the complementary firewood. The binder with information about local restaurants was greatly appreciated. The burgers from Four Corners were such a treat after a long hike in Perrot State Park. But, the best part was sitting in front of the indoor fireplace with our dog curled up on her bed as we rocked in the chairs and read about the driftless area in the Our Wisconsin magazines. We had a short stay but the cabin was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Thank you so much!

All lived up to our satisfaction. Our goal was to have a quiet and relaxing Thanksgiving. Read, craft and listen to some smooth jazz with a glass of wine and a warm fire.
The cabin was spotless and very well stocked. It does not have an oven but has a generous sized toaster oven and gas grill. We thought we would need to cook our turkey breast on the grill but it fit comfortably on the toaster oven. Our meal come together perfectly.
The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Not much else say, we left there feeling very relaxed and pleased that we executed our plan to runaway over Thanksgiving!
Highly recommend Toddy’s Cabin.

We came to the cabin to celebrate our adult daughters birthday. We always loved the area and now found a great home base for future family celebrations.
The cabin reminded us of a summer cottage we use to go to many years ago.
Don’t change a thing about the cabin please - especially the cool squeaky screen doors ♥️

Winona is close and a flashback in time with historic buildings. Trempealau hotel had great walleye at a reasonable price. Walking around the cabin was peaceful.
The cabin is so dark you can sleep in with ease. Fireplace was nice. The wx went from needing the a/c to needing the fire. Cabin did it very well. Cooking facilities were excellent. Nice gliders to kick back.
More but you will enjoy your stay here.

Everything about this cabin is perfect. It's on a quiet road just a few blocks off the main street of Trempealeau. It has that true cabin feel throughout from the fireplace, log cabin interior, and bear and fish decorations. It's clean with thoughtful touches such as candles, coffee (both ground and k-cups, travel size shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc. They have a 3-ring binder with suggested places to eat, and instructions about the cabin. I love it that it's dog-friendly ... thank you!

The cabin was perfect, it was extremely clean and relaxing. The boat ramp is a very short distance as is food and drinks at Cat Daddy's. The screened in porch is a great place to start and end the day while watching the birds and squirrels. The bed and pillows were probably the best we have slept on in a vacation rental. I would highly recommend!

Very comfortable cabin with many conveniences. Out of the way and private for our first trip with our new dog. His barking didn’t bother anyone!

I had a very great time at the cabin. It was very clean. The towels smelled wonderful. The bed was soft and comfy. Once I figured out how to use the fireplace that was great because it was a little cool when I was there. The only downside was that it was rainy so I couldn't build a fire outside.

Staying at Toddy's cabin was a great fit for the 3 of us. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked. We loved hiking at Perrot, the upper Mississippi wildlife refuge, and the location near the river. Also enjoyed the Elmaro winery and small town spots. Many thanks!

We were in town for the SAF National High School Championship in LaCrosse. We were looking for a place away from the crowd and more secluded. We couldn’t have picked a better location. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was well furnished and had a fully stocked kitchen for use. We used the gas grill nightly. There is no oven but there is a stovetop. We had bought pizza to cook, so initially a bit bummed. We then noticed there is a nice pizza cooker on the counter that works well. The owner was very responsive to questions and requests. The cabin allowed us to park our boat nightly and let everyone have their space after a full day in the boat together. Also, walked through Trempealeau and enjoyed the view of the river from Main Street. Perrot State Park provided great hiking and scenic views as well. Will definitely consider Toddy’s Cabin when traveling back to the area.

We have family down the road with a cabin where we typically tent it but with being pregnant I needed an actual bed to sleep in. This was the perfect location that provided a quiet, comfortable place to sleep and enjoy my morning coffee

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this cabin for a weekend getaway. Cabin has a cozy feel with comfortable beds. The screened porch is great - was a little chilly when we visited but we still sat outside the 1st night listening to the rain for a bit. The cabin had everything we needed and was close to the river and town. Definitely recommend!

Super clean and detail oriented. Everything was put together with your comfort and relaxation in mind. My wife and I just wanted a simple weekend away from kids and the daily grind. We got exactly that. The glider rockers by the fireplace were so relaxing. Bed was comfortable and clean. Linens were fresh. The porch area is something we will come back for in the warmer months. The train does come through about hourly but at bedtime, you can barely notice it. Highly recommend. We will rebook this property for sure.

Splendid Cabin in a secluded quiet area just outside of Trempealeau. Super clean and cozy and well stocked with all the comforts of Home. Jim was very accommodating and even helped us lock into a nearby lake for ice fishing!

Our family of three traveled from Chicago for my father-in-law's 90th birthday celebration, and I was looking for a place to keep the homemade cake safe until party time and relax by the fire afterwards. We loved it at the cabin, so quiet and beautiful. We especially loved hanging out by the flames in the gas fireplace, extra blankets, and comfortable beds. The decor was fun and practical, and we had plenty of room for siblings to gather and share memories after the event. Temperatures were in single digits while we stayed, and it really is a cabin (cold wood floors and a slight draft), but that is part of the experience of being in Wisconsin this time of year, so that was fine with us. We would definitely return. Super clean and everything one needs for a short stay, including proximity to The River Cafe for a great breakfast. Thanks, Jim!

Beautiful winter cabin in the woods not far from town. Some short hiking trails right from the cabin, Parrot State Park is down the road a few miles and a few very nice wineries near by as well. Great host that made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a really great time at Toddy’s Cabin. It is the case that there was no wifi and no oven (we didn’t expect the latter, I guess we weren’t sure and didn’t ask what “kitchen” meant— there was a small toaster oven!), but it really is perfect for a rural getaway.
It was very close driving distance to great hikes and bars and restaurants in town. We loved the fireplace, firepit, and the sound of the trains.

Great location for day trips along the Great River Road. The gas fireplace warmed up this cozy cabin perfectly. Cabin is dog friendly with a large and private lot. Owner responded immediately when we had a question.

We had such a great time at Toddys Cabin. This was a girls getaway from the kids/family and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was so cozy and had everything you could possibly need. The beds were also very comfortable. Our favorite was the porch where we sat with coffee in the morning and stayed up late talking in the evening. Jim was very attentive to any needs that we had. Perrot State Park was beautiful to hike and we spent a lot of time at boutiques and gift shops. So beautiful and relaxing. Will definitely recommend!
