Family Fun Villa - Very Clean
About this villa rental
Nestled in Warrens, this attractive villa for $211 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our cabin rental provides fun for everyone. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a loft with 4 single beds. The living room has a full size futon sofa (sleeps 1 or 2) and 2 futon chairs that sleep small children. Per many guests requests, we have Wi-fi in the Villa. It is walking distance to Three Bears Resort, a spectacular family-friendly water park resort in Warrens, Wisconsin. Three Bears Resort offers an impressive 60,000 square foot indoor and outdoor water park, a variety of family-friendly restaurants, exciting game rooms, and easy access to some of the best outdoor activities in Wisconsin. Also a little further away, but still walking distance to Jellystone Campground. *Please Note: Campground and Water Park passes are not included with our rental. You can purchase passes directly from the Jellystone Campground and 3 Bears Resort Water Park. Others items in the area include: fishing, 4-wheeling, hiking, biking and snowmobiling. Our cabin comes equipped with: 2 Bedrooms + Loft 1 Full Bath on main floor, 3/4 Bath in loft (shower) Kitchen - Basic utensils, plates, glasses, pans, coffee maker, large griddle, crock pot, iron/board. Under counter radio in kitchen Bedding for beds Washer & Dryer (Detergents softeners not provided) Central Air/Heat Wi-Fi TV in Living Room, TV in both bedrooms and 1 in loft (4 total) We have a fire pit, picnic table and a park style charcoal grill located in front of cabin. Also includes some limited supplies: paper products, clean-up supplies, trash bags...etc.

No one called to confirm our reservation and go over details which could have prevented us checking into the wrong villa.
We had to shovel 2 locations (sidewalks and areas to park, snow up to my shins or higher) due to the mix up upon arrival.
Our family had to pack up our belongings and move to another villa in a snow storm.
Once we got settled into the villa we were supposed to be in we had issues with stink bugs and none of the tv's worked properly.
When our family came back from the water park we found our cabin door wide open (we made sure it was secured and locked before we left) it took several hours to get it warmed back up from the freezing temps.
The manager was aware of all the issues listed and made no effort to make things right other then offering to possibly have her son in law or housekeeper come by and take a look at our tvs (apparently they couldn't make it).
I took pictures and videos as proof of the bugs and tvs not working in each room and contacted expedia after coming back to find our door open, that was our final straw.

Our Stay went through VRBO. The property we rented was very acomidating and messaging the ower upon arival went excellent with a fast response to or question. The villa was set up very nice had the basics needed for a stay, clean and everything worked as expectedand and very descriptive on what was expected from us as their guests on our stay and depature.

What a beautiful cabin. It was clean and filled with everything we needed. No need to bring games to play there was plenty supplied for all ages. The communication was great, the hoast always answered all my question. I cant say enough good things about this property. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I had a great time at this property! Everything was as advertised and the owner was very communicative and answered all our questions. Check in and check out were easy and we were able to enjoy ourselves.

Everything about our stay was great! It felt just like a home away from home and very cozy. We loved the fireplace in the living room, especially after walking back from the waterpark. The beds were comfy and the comforters made you want to stay snuggled in all morning. There was also a selection of board games and toys that the kids definitely enjoyed. Loved having the washer and dryer (the dryer does run a little hot, so keep on eye on your clothes). We ended up getting some bad weather the evening before and day of checkout. Robin was fantastic about about letting us extend our stay one more night so that we could avoid the storm. We would definitely stay here again!!

The cabin was nicely clean, with planty of space to spread out. One of the bedrooms was expremely hot the first night, but shutting the vent solved that issue. Ice on the steps from rhe driveway and the step into the house prived to be a big problem. We helped the issue with a ton of salt whenever going in or out of the cabin.

The wifi was just terrible and the tv remote's buttons were worn off so we couldn't figure out how to change the inputs/channels. Would cut in and out continuously and it was the wifi router even though we were only a few feet away. The cabin was clean however it was crazy dry and some of us woke up with bloody noses. And before we went to bed we heard a mouse in the attic trying to climb to the top but it wasn't making it. Oh and the oven took like 30 minutes to get up to temp and it was gas which was really odd. The kitchen table was also odd and not easy to clean with the planks. Wished the table was actually flat for easy cleaning. The good parts were it was close to the water park, priced.... reasonable, and everything was clean and labeled well. We could have used more toilet paper and dishwasher pods but we survived.

The perfect spot for friends from Chicago and Minneapolis to connect. Plenary of room and comfy beds in this cozy cabin. Close to lots of activities—we loved hiking and cross country skiing in a near by state forest—make this place perfect for all ages. Not secluded but very quiet, it is close to everything you need but feels like you’re miles away. Kind and responsive host makes this a place we will come back to in any season.

This is the perfect cabin for couples. It is within a few minutes of parkway. Awesome location! Ed is quick to respond and will answer all your questions. We will be back!!

My communication was great and on point until our family had too many emergencies.
I was unaware that you could only change the dates of your stay one time. Our original date needed to be changed due to Covid and our requested date change needed to be canceled due to a special needs child’s emergency. When booking you should take insurance out, or you can lose(we did) all of your payment. They only let you change the dates one time.

We have stayed and visited other Villas in the area, but this one was exceptional. The owner took so much care to make the place feel homey. The quick walk to Jellystone was also a big plus. We would definitely like to stay again!

We have been renting these villas for several years through Warrens Lodging and this vrbo was cleaner, the extra TVs were a hit, and it was overall a great stay. It would've been challenging to come and go with a regular stroller as the options from the road to the front door are stairs cut through the neighbors yard on quite a slope. We would book again!

Nice cabin but not best communication
Cabin was clean and mostly as listed but we asked about who to contact about noisy neighbors who were out and loud until 2 am and didn’t hear back for 24hrs and contacted her about a leak with the toilet and it was 12 hrs later when she got regarding both items.
