Our beautiful oceanfront condo is in Surfwatch III, located in Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach." It has ocean or lake views from every room with a large oceanfront balcony. The condo is on the top floor of a four-story building with amazing views. An elevator and carts are available, making unloading so much easier. *KITCHEN is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and most cooking essentials. *LIVING ROOM includes a full-size sleeper sofa, recliner, ceiling fan, a 65" smart flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. *MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed with an ocean view and access to the balcony through the sliding glass doors. There is a 43" smart flat-screen TV. *SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-size bed and a 32" flat-screen TV. *2 FULL BATHROOMS, one for each bedroom. Beginning set of starter supplies for your arrival. *LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer. *LINENS - bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bed sheets, kitchen dish towels, and dishcloths are provided. Outdoor showers are available on the way off the beach. There is parking for two cars. Trailers, boats, motor homes, and golf carts are not permitted. The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire rental. **No student groups allowed. **No pets allowed. **No smoking. This was the best vacation rental we have stayed at. It was exactly as shown and described. Very clean, nicely decorated, the most comfortable bed and the kitchen had everything you needed. We are already checking our calendar for another stay.

Our family created wonderful memories in this amazing condo! The views are incredible! The beach is not crowded unlike other areas nearby. The condo felt like a home away from home. It was fully stocked with everything you might need for the week! Chris (and his wife) are very helpful and very kind. We had the pleasure of meeting them on our stay! If you're looking for a perfect escape to the beach - this place won't disappoint! We hope to return next summer!

The condo was everything we were hoping for and save for a brush with Hurricane Nicole, it was a perfect week. While being on the top floor can be a bit of a haul if you choose the stairs, we loved not having anyone upstairs stomping around. The kitchen is sparse, so bring extra trash bags and dishwasher detergent. A handful of good restaurants nearby. Right on the water. You'd be hardpressed to find better.

This was our first experience with Vrbo. The condo was clean and modern. It had everything we expected, and more. We had a couple of glitches the first night and day, but the property owners were quick to respond and exceptional with helping us! We will definitely look at this property for another very enjoyable stay.

This condo made our stay at Surfside Beach over the top. This top floor, beautifully decorated, clean, light and comfy space gave us spectacular views. It was a joy to sit on the spacious back deck with coffee in hand watching the sunrise. The sky lights and side windows allowed wonderful natural light into the space. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was thought of. Chris was readily available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be booking here our next stay at Surfside.

The property was exactly as described and photographed. Clean and equipped with everything you would need to have an enjoyable vacation. Access to pool and ocean were just steps away. The view from balcony was breathtaking and perfect to enjoy day and night. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Over the years, we have stayed at dozens of oceanfront properties along the SC coast - this one may be our favorite! Comfortably yet beautifully furnished, this unit had everything we needed - with amazing end unit views! The hosts were so helpful and communication was great! From the brand new appliances, comfy beds, to the well-equipped kitchen, we had everything we could have possibly needed. And the layout of this unit felt spacious and "home-like". A perfect stay and we will certainly return again!

We needed for nothing in this like new condo. The elevator and luggage carts made for an easy arrival and departure. The keyless entry was a nice convenience, no worries about keeping up with keys! Such a great location. We walked to 3 restaurants, and can drive to so many restaurants and other retail and shopping in minutes. Huntington Beach State Park is amazing and only minutes away, as is Murrell's inlet and Pawley's Island. We plan to be back!
