nettes Haus in schöner Lage; aber man könnte daraus noch was sooo viel Attraktiveres machen!

Pokój de lux, duży, 26 m2, widok z okna, lokalizacja, dobre śniadanie
Słabe wyposażenie pokoju, przydałby się czajnik, wykładzina podłogowa wymaga wymiany, żona narzekała na twardy materac, pomimo prośby, pokój w czasie pobytu nie został sprzątnięty, restauracja hotelowa w poniedziałek była nie czynna, a w pozostałe dnie zamówienia przyjmowano do 17.30

Ochotný a příjemný personál. Skvělá lokalita na výlety.
Dost předražený zámecký hotel. Za tu cenu bych čekal o hodně jiný vzhled a služby. Recepce je spíše skleněné okénko jako někde na ubytovně. Chodby, pokoje a apartmán absolutně nevypadá, že jsem na zámku. Venkovní terasa ani restaurace také žádná nádhera, ale spíše obyčejná restaurace a to i vzhledem. Navíc celý týden vařili jen obědové menu, protože měli dovolené. Prý vaří i pro domov důchodců, a tak to museli na týden osekat...to není můj problém a mají prvotně vařit pro hosty, kteří si za pobyt platí nemalé peníze. Viděl bych to za tento hotel tak poloviční ceny.

We arrived by car around 6:00 PM; my son and I were completely alone in the entire building, pitch black, with no lights even on the front doors. We walked through the village and found all the restaurants and shops closed, making it impossible to buy even the most basic food for dinner. So we returned back to our car, and drove 30 kilometers to the local supermarket to buy some simple sandwiches (1 hour before it was closed). When we returned, opening the front door in the pitch black was a challenge; we felt like we were in a horror movie. The room was basic but more or less clean; the breakfast was basic but decent... overall, it felt like we'd overpaid.
