The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 960 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, height-adjustable standing desk & office chair, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Heat only. • Third Floor: Master bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bathroom with luxury rain shower and heated floors. Air conditioned. • Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating and space needle views! **Home Highlights** • Great floor plan - bed & bath on different levels, perfect for group travel • Mini-split air conditioning for the summer heat • Big windows with lots of natural light, as well as blackout curtains for bedrooms • Height-adjustable standing desk and office chair; fast internet, ideal for remote work. • Kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Smart TV for streaming. • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs • Rooftop patio with comfortable outdoor furniture **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • Any stay longer than 30 days requires additional tenant screening, lease signing and security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Stayed here for a couple nights with my wife and another couple. Home is a good size, beds were comfy and easy access to downtown. Beautiful city view from the rooftop patio. Good communication with the owner.

Rented this property for my former nanny who was coming to spend some time with my daughter. She found it to be very comfortable and charming. Felt safe and enjoyed the quiet in a busy neighborhood. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend.

This townhouse worked perfectly for our family of four. Clean, great layout, in a great neighborhood, and easy to get to the city centre. Hosts were very responsive and made check-in and check-out very easy.

We stayed here one night while passing through Seattle. The townhome was clean and very well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the rain shower in the upstairs bedroom was a welcome luxury after a few weeks of travel. The rooftop deck provided a beautiful view of the city and sunset. Also the location is fantastic with a very easy walk to restaurants and sights. Host was very polite and responsive. Highly recommended.

My friends and I loved our stay here. The location is conveniently located walking distance from great restaurants and bars. We spent every morning enjoying the rooftop view. Host was very helpful in planning arrival and departure and the listing was very accurate and very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter, husband and I stayed over Thanksgiving week. This was an excellent spot for us. The house is clean, furnished with everything we needed, and very comfortable. The location was easy for us to get around and the parking pass made having a car very easy. The hosts were excellent about staying in touch and they also allowed us to extend our stay by two days without much prior notice. We would definitely stay here again.

Cannot rave enough about the location of this property! Such a cute neighborhood with easy walking distance to some of the best spots in Seattle. The view from the roof top was also amazing. Bathrooms and bedrooms were super clean and kitchen had everything we needed during our stay.

Location is great, host is very friendly and easy to contact and place was generally very nice, and I loved that the place had so many real plants.. made it feel homey. A few cons - lots of stairs - just to get to the front door, and to get to each bedroom. Not ideal for families with little kids.. It was a pain to lift the stroller into the unit every day. Also there were no chairs for the dining table.. apparently there is only one set of chairs for use on the rooftop dining table and for the kitchen dining table. So the last guest had taken them to the roof and never brought them back down.. I didn't feel like hauling 5 chairs down 3 flights of stairs so I just left them on the roof. Why not just buy another set of basic chairs for the rooftop? Seemed odd to me.

Great location! Rooftop view was amazing- wish we had better weather to enjoy it more! Place was clean, updated and loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!!! Easy check in/out and helpful information about the place before we arrived! Off street parking pass was a clutch since we rented a car! Attentive service and communication-even gave great recommendations! Would highly recommend and if we ever come back to Seattle, will def book again!
