Situated in Jacksonville Beach, this lovely house for $512 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Undergoing cosmetic renovations April-July 2024! Getting a fresh new look and some more features as well! Updated photos will hit July 1, 2024! This recently renovated beach home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Just minutes away from restaurants and stores and a block away from Starbucks. A spacious, open layout features Smart TV, 400 MBPS of fast WIFI and fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Patio, Grill, Outdoor Shower, Fenced Backyard providing you privacy. The Space: Spacious with 3 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins. Sleeper sofa in Master bedroom could also be converted into an additional Queen bed. Easily accommodate large group up to 14. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy. Any parties or noise complaints will lead to penalties and fines. 1st Floor: Living room, Kitchen/Dining area, Half bathroom, King bedroom 2nd Floor: Bedroom with Twin Bunk Beds and Queen, bedroom with a King, shared full bathroom with bathtub, Queen Bedroom with Private bathroom and tub, Primary Bedroom with King, sleeper sofas and a full bath with a large bathtub. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen including both Keurig and regular coffee makers and toaster. Linens will be provided for all beds including the extra sleeper in the master bedroom. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well. A manual will be provided with some of the local favorite spots! 3 blocks from beach access. 10 min walk/2 min driver got to Huguenot Park with fishing, bird watching, playground, beach access and more. 5 min drive to Jacksonville beach pier. 7 mins from Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. 10 min drive to TCP Sawgrass. 15 min drive to Mickler beach. 15 min drive to Mayo Clinic. 30 mins drive to historical town St Augustine. Lots of fine shopping and dinning within 5 min drive. This is a perfect house for golf trips, family vacations, or a couples retreat! We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property. This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. What a great house!! We were meeting friends in Jacksonville for a football weekend. We enjoyed the house and its amenities. Would definitely rent again! Owners were awesome and responded quickly with any requests! Great location, short walk to the beach.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Coco’s property and I must say we were pleased beyond measures. It fit 12 guest comfortable and the house was extremely nice and clean. Check in was a breeze also. Overall our stay was amazing. I would definitely book again.

The location in proximity to the beach was a great amenity of this property. We walked to the beach every day we were there. The house looks amazing, was very comfortable and welcoming. We had a family of 10 stay at the house and there was more than enough room. Very spacious open concept house with ample room for all. Communication with the owner was very easy and she was very responsive. The house comes equipped with everything you need. I loved that they included hand soap in the bathrooms and some other essentials so you didn't have to rush out to the store and stock up on those type of items. The house also has a coffee machine and Keurig machine which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Jacksonville Beach and recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

This property was amazing! We had 5 couples for a weekend retreat. The backyard grill got tons of use and the large front yard was the perfect setup for cornhole and other yard games. Great location, close to the beach, grocery and great restaurants. The master was huge and could accommodate kids on the sleeper sofa. Would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and only 3 blocks from the beach. Coco was easy to communicate with during our stay, and even brought us a pan that we needed for cooking! We had a great time! would definitely book again!
