Temple University and The Liacouras center, shopping, groceries, parks and wonderful restaurants and cafes are within reach. The property is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood that has gone through dramatic revitalization over the years. Owner was nice and helpful in planning our stay. Quick to answer our questions. Very central and close to bus/metro. Neighborhood probably not the best. The house really needs a paintjob inside. Quite hours already at 10 pm (also during the weekend).
