The Beach Rose Cottage is a private, charming, freestanding beachfront cottage located in Town Center at the start of the Gallery District on Commercial Street, facing Provincetown Bay. A perfect getaway with spectacular water views from the bedroom, living room and private roof deck. Step out onto the beach from your private porch and enjoy your coffee while sitting in adirondack chairs taking in the panoramic Ptown harbor view. Layout is one bedroom (queen), full bath, full kitchen, living room/dining area, covered porch with adirondack chairs, and exclusive use roof deck with steamer lounge chairs. Impeccably decorated in cottage style with modern amenities and bed and bathroom linens. Exceptionally well equipped with Smart TV, Bose Wave Radio with Bluetooth, cable, WiFi, microwave, oven/range top, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, ceiling fan, A/C, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, outdoor gas grill. Parking in dedicated space next to cottage. Centrally located but tranquil, private and serene. Located on the beach in Town Center at the start of the Gallery District, near restaurants, art galleries, shops.

Beautiful location and view. Cottage has a well-stocked kitchen, full refrigerator and I would say everything you need for a summer vacation. I want to emphasize summer. This cottage is not properly heated for winter stays. There is one heater in the living room that when temperatures drop does not heat entire cottage. No heater in the separate bedroom. When I stayed for only one night because pipes froze (so no working toilet and water) due to cold temperatures. Owner was away. Service persons never appeared and I had to leave because of these issues. Also, new electric keypad was installed, which sounds great, but previous guest locked bottom lock and so I was stuck outside (in the cold) for over an hour trying to troubleshoot issue with Vrbo and not owner who was out of the country. Finally, a friend (I think) called me and helped by directing me to a lock box where the keys are. Owner should have provided instructions for this potential issue. Also, I highly suggest keeping a binder in the cottage for basic information about the cottage, for example, where to deposit trash, where is the washer and dryer, just basic directions for the place. This was not a good experience, and while, the owner was apologetic, person kept saying, this has never happened before, which isn't taking responsibility for the situation, but makes the guest feel like they've "caused" the situation because they are "the first" person to encounter the problem.

This cottage is absolutely adorable and perfect for 2 people. And the view is spectacular. Great parking spot right by the door.

The cottage was great! Location, decor, comfort, ev'thing... only thing that wasn't great was the weather but even that did not put a damper on our stay. You can walk to everywhere and bike to Race Point in no time. Chris was more than an accommodating, attentive, and gracious host. We look forward to another visit soon..

There was nothing about this little cottage that we didn't love. It's clean, bright, the kitchen amazingly well stocked, the living room comfortable, and every room's windows give incredible views of the Bay. The deck(s) are perfect for reading, and you're only a few steps from the water. And dog friendly! The Best.

We really enjoyed this beach cottage!
Pros:
- Location- right on Commercial St and walking distance to everything. One parking spot at the cottage so you can park your car and leave it.
- It’s right on the beach and comes with beach chairs and an umbrella.
- A small but fully functioning kitchen.
- The rooftop deck! There are 2 loungers up there which is great for afternoon reading or drinks after dinner. The neighbors’ deck is attached so there isn’t privacy if that is what you are looking for.
Cons:
- Yes, it’s small and yes, the neighbors are a few feet away on each side and behind the house, but that’s to be expected staying on the beach in Ptown. Bring ear plugs and a white noise machine and you won’t have to worry about getting disturbed while you sleep.
- The bed is not that comfortable with flat pillows. We prefer a softer mattress - this one is stiff.
- Othwrwise, can’t think of any cons! I would definitely stay here again and Christopher was responsive and welcoming.

The cottage has great views of the bay and is steps to all the restaurants and shops Provincetown has to offer. Having the one parking spot with the rental was a huge plus, we didn’t move our car during our entire stay.

We very much enjoyed the essence of serene cape beauty, quaint & lovely cottage with ocean view, sunshine, private beach, very peaceful & quiet location. All within the perfect location of art, restaurants, and shops in the lively and energetic seaside community of Ptown.
We have rented in Provincetown on many occasions for several years. This charming little bungalow is by far our very favorite. Thank you, Chris, and sister Meghan, for your gracious hospitality and providing wonderful memories. We will plan a return visit soon!

Location was amazing - right on the harbor. The space was ample. Very cute decorations. Our only complaint was the bed - it could really use a new mattress or at least a mattress cover pad.

What a weekend! Location and accommodations were PERFECT to celebrate my wife’s birthday! Accessibility to downtown bars and restaurants along with the scenic beauty of the location itself made our weekend spectacular. The cottage was private, cozy, and the envy of the Alden gallery being in the closest possible proximity to the beach. Our host was communicative and pleasant to interact with. It would be a privilege to enjoy another stay!

I chose this property because of the location to the water and it did not disappoint. The cottage is very quaint but it gets very hot in there without much flow to the bedroom. The parking spot is very convenient because I did not know how busy commercial street is and it is VERY busy. It is also a hop skip and jump from the deck to the beach which was perfect.

Thai charming cottage is small but has everything you need for an escape. Literally on the beach with proximity to everything by walking or riding a bike. Had a few questions and owner answered promptly. User friendly directions on how the cottage works. I absolutely loved the decor and the fact we it one parking spot - a rarity like in the city. I’d love to stay at again. It was great!

Beautiful waterfront cottage in a perfect location (quiet east end but close to center of town). The place is well appointed, nicely designed, has everything we need to cook at home when we wanted and close enough to great restaurants when we didn’t want to (we had delicious take out from Ciro and Sal’s which is a one minute walk). It was perfect (pet friendly) for our little French Bulldog who enjoyed walks on the beach and lounging on the deck with us. It was a perfect spot to view the fireworks on New Year’s Eve and we plan to come back in summer to enjoy the deck and roof deck even more and it’s a perfect spot for summer swims and kayaking. The bed was comfy and the view from bed was so lovely, waking up to the sun rising over provincetown harbor was stunning. We’ve been coming to Ptown for many years and we are so happy to discover this place to add to our list of perfect spots. Check in was super easy and host was great. We will be back!!

The house had everything we needed for the trip. It was a great location where once parked you don't need to take your car again. Surrounded by galleries, stores, and restaurants.
The beach was just mete steps odd the deck. The roof deck is awesome with two lounger chairs.

Startlingly sweet hideaway
You couldn’t get much closer to the center of life in Provincetown without sleeping on Commercial Street, but still you feel safely separated from the activity and noise in this beautiful tiny cottage. Tucked behind a gallery and two apartments the cottage looks right out onto the harbor. Swimming is fine at high tide, a little more challenging at low tide as the shore is rocky and the water shallow. Bring your own garlic press- the kitchen has one nice iron skillet but not.much else in the way of cookware. Other than that, it provided nothing short of a perfect getaway.
