About this apartment rental
Come vacation in this first floor, quiet and recently remodeled unit. New bathroom, mattresses, bedding, paint, hardware, lighting, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances. Unit is very clean and comfortable.
Once you enter the community, it feels like a small neighborhood of it's own. It's one of the most family friendly and safe communities on the key with 2 NEW designated Pickleball Courts! We are a gated community, 5-10 minute walk across the street to private beach access and a full car garage.

This was truly the vacation of our dreams, and we are already hoping to come back next year!The Location & Community: You honestly cannot beat this location. It is just minutes from the stunning white-sand beach, located right across the street. Even better, the community has an understanding with the golf club on the beach, allowing guests to walk through their property, which makes the trip to the sand so much shorter. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. There are two wonderful pools, which were perfect for days when the weather looked a bit stormy and we wanted to stay close. We used the poolside barbecues multiple days and loved chatting with the friendly neighbors cooking nearby. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Siesta Key Village, which is an absolute gem with great live music.The Home & Host: The house is beautiful, super clean, and we loved waking up every morning to peaceful views of a small pond filled with birds and turtles. Mary was an amazing host—very nice and incredibly prompt. When we noticed a minor issue with the water draining constantly in the kids' bathtub, she responded immediately and had someone over to fix it the very next morning. She also generously let us use her beach toys and wagon. That wagon was an absolute lifesaver, and thanks to the gear, my kids got to try bodyboarding for the first time and built beautiful sand structures every single day.The only tiny detail to note for families is young kids might need help reaching the sinks.

The townhouse was very clean, easy walk to the beach across the street, and roomy for our family of five. Host was very responsive.

The townhouse was clean and a nice size for our 2 week stay. My family and I felt the beds were terrible and the towels need to be replaced. The owner is very nice and helpful.
