A renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath Largo home for up to 10 guests with a private heated pool. Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach are about 15 minutes away. A king suite, PS5 game room and 8-seat dining table make it a fit for two families, beach weeks and work-travel crews.
The living room, 8-seat dining table and kitchen share one open space, with an L-shaped couch facing the smart TV. Out back, a heated pool sits in a fully fenced yard with a seating area and a gas grill. When the kids drift off to the PS5 in the game room, the adults get the pool to themselves.

★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means a 65–70°F pool. Heat cannot be switched on or off mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 10 guests; a king suite, a queen room and two bunk rooms.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra fee.

This house is perfect for guests. Very clean, tvs in every bedroom, lighting inside the house was great and it was perfect for our needs. Neighbors were also quiet and courteous. Cleanup was very easy and very low maintenance on our part. No problems whatsoever.

Overall the home was very nice. It was very clean when we arrived and had enough space to accommodate my family. I loved that the kitchen had all the dishes, cutlery and pots for us to be able to cook during our stay. The beds were pretty comfortable and we could not complain. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we even used the outdoor grill to cook. My only complaint was the AC was not cooling enough but it was extremely hot outside during our stay. Also has some ants in the property but I let the Management Property know so hopefully it will be taken care of. This is Florida so unfortunately we have a lot of bugs here. Other than that, I highly recommend this home and would stay here again. The kids liked the house and loved the room with the Playstation in it.

We really loved the property. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and replied right away. My son loved the game room he was so excited about it and definitely lived up to his expectation. Check in was smooth we had no issues. We had more then enough beds for everyone on our stay. Also the beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in away from my house. The house was super clean and they provided toothbrushes and toothpaste in each bathroom along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already stocked in the shower. So if you forget your toiletries at home don’t worry because they got it covered. Also the pool man we loved the pool. When looking for a property we made sure to get one with a pool and it did not disappoint. The description does list heated pool which I overlooked but I reached out and ask for it to be turned down and they responded right away and took care of us. There was pool maintenance on certain days but we were never bothered or interrupted. 5 star rental hands down.
