About this house rental
Located in Netarts, this charming house for $307 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Newly built in 2021, this 4BR/2.5BA home is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by forested greenspace. Nature trails for walking and biking are located just outside your rental. Admire views of Netarts Bay from the front bedrooms and the ocean from the primary suite. Gather on the back patio for dining in a serene, wooded setting. End the day relaxing by the fire pit and watch the stars come out. LIVING AREA Enjoy your favorite streaming shows on the large flat-screen TV in the living area. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up gourmet meals in the open kitchen, featuring a full suite of new stainless steel appliances and an induction stovetop. The dining table offers seating for 10. French doors open to the patio. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between four bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a California king bed and provides a glimpse of the ocean beyond Netarts Bay. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and has a small desk for remote working or solving a puzzle. Windows open to the wooded setting allowing guests to pause and watch nature. The third bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Use the gas barbeque and outdoor dining area for 10 to dine al fresco. In the evenings, gather around the cozy wood-burning fire pit. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a smart TV to stream your favorite shows, and a washer/dryer. There is a rotating collection of children and hobby board games available to play. Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No RV or boat parking allowed. The house is designed to be hypoallergenic. The radiant floor heating keeps the tile floor warm in the winter and cool to the touch in the summer. Access to the home is via one step at the entryway. The house is equipped with a whole house ventilation system, exchanging the stale, humid air with fresh, filtered (MERV15) air each hour while maintaining the inside temperature. The property does not have air-conditioning. THE LOCATION Walk just 20 minutes to Netarts Bay from your conveniently located rental! Rent a boat at the Netarts Bay Marina to explore the local waters. The marina also offers crab pot rentals if you wish to try your hand at a favorite local pastime. When dining out, head to Upstairs Bar & Grill or The Schooner Restaurant & Lounge, both a 15-minute walk. For more dining options, coffee houses, and breweries, head to Tillamook for a variety of offerings along the Oregon Coast Highway (12 minutes). The house is near the Three Capes Scenic Loop allowing for leisurely drives along this off-101 area of the Oregon coast. Along the loop guests can visit the Bayocean Spit to see the town that fell into the ocean. The 1890 Cape Meares Lighthouse is a great activity with wide open ocean views. Between Cape Meares and Cape Lookout is Sand Lake, an area popular with off highway vehicle enthusiasts. (Oregon OHV permit required to take your vehicle on the sand dunes.) Visit Cape Lookout (12 minutes) for nearby hiking trails. Farther south Cape Kiwanda and Pacific City (30 minutes) offer some of the best surfing on the Oregon coast. There are several places nearby where a fisherman can catch steelhead salmon or head offshore for tuna or halibut. Take a day trip to the gorgeous Tillamook State Forest, offering 364,000 acres of unspoiled nature. Stop at the famous Tillamook Creamery on your way home for delicious treats. The nearby Tillamook Air Museum is the largest wooden structure in the world and houses a collection of modern and vintage aircraft. Everything was great! The place was super clean, they had everything we needed and had a ton of games. They were were very kid friendly with stools and games. The beds were super comfortable to sleep in! We felt right at home! Thankyou!

My family and friends had an amazing stay. The rental was clean and very comfortable for two families with small children. There was everything there that you would need to cook meals. Coffee was delicious and beds were so comfortable. Within 10 minutes drive to grocery store and amazing hiking trails.

We specifically picked this property for two reasons; the first being it's hypoallergenic (our last sew retreat rental was mold filled), and secondly, it has an appropriately sized table for the number of people that can stay/space size. We LOVED the huge table and wish more properties would outfit their homes with tables that would seat everyone the space rents for. Bonus for us was the awesome property manager that was swift with communication and a joy to work with. We hope to sew here again!!

We booked this house quite last minute because we were desperate to get a change of scenery for a few days. It. Was. Perfect. Our kids 7 & 9) were thrilled with the bunk bed room and we were excited to be so close to the places we wanted to explore (the beach, the Tillamook Creamery). The best thing about this house is all of the extra details. We've stayed in rental houses in the past with a few random pots and pans or a couple extra utensils, but this was not that. This house was STOCKED with everything we would need in the kitchen (even a muffin pan!), a Keurig, & a nice stove-top. Several extra blankets in the closets kept us cozy and we even put away our things in the fabulous closet shelving. All these details made our stay extra comfortable and it was just the getaway we were looking for. There was great communication and we loved the convenience of a flexible checkout time due to availability. OH AND THE BOARD GAMES WERE AWESOME. We'll definitely be back.
