About this house rental
Situated in Wooster, this charming house for $205 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to your home away from home - a custom-designed, mid-century house on a peaceful, centrally located street, within walking distance of the College of Wooster. The entire home is available to renters, and is complete one-story living, with a large fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, combined living/dining area with a dining table, smart tv with Roku, as well as board games and books. Down the hall are three spacious bedrooms and more storage. There are a total of three full baths, a laundry room available for guest use, and plenty of closet space and built-ins for your stay. The first bedroom has a king sized bed, three closets and a private bath with a tub/shower as well as a separate vanity area. All mattresses and box-springs are locally Amish-made, the same grade used in hotels. In warm months enjoy the three seasons room that leads to the pergola in the backyard and in-ground pool! The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is available to renters staying in the house only. There is ample off-street parking and a large yard to enjoy. The family friendly neighborhood is quiet with mature trees, perfect for walking, with a park in walking distance. The house is equi-distance from the north end shopping/movie theater, and the downtown dining, shops and events. Owners live next door. No pets allowed. No smoking. No events/parties without prior approval. Rate is for 4 renters/night; additional renters will add a fee/night. Very interesting home with a throw back feel. This house includes built-in dressers and storage throughout. It was clearly designed to someone's unique specifications. It was fun to explore and imagine the Buehler family's personal touches back in the day.

We had an awesome getaway and enjoyed our stay. The house was super spacious. You don't often find a house with quality mattresses but every bed had the best mattress on them. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and there is no road traffic noise to keep you awake at night. the house was perfectly suited for 5 sisters to relax and play tons of cards games and have lots of laughs. Would stay here again - our host was great and it was nice to actually meet him and put a face to a name.

Our Family and close friends came to Wooster Ohio to kayak and float on the Mohican River. We also wanted to visit the Landoll's Mohican Castle in Loudonville Ohio. We loved staying at this clean family friendly home where we could spread out and play in the pool and BBQ.
Our hosts were very gracious and attentive to any of our needs. We will stay here again. So in love with the decor and the tiles in the restrooms, love the designs. Highly recommend this property.

This mid-century modern home is the perfect setting for a gathering of 4-9 people. Be it a girl's weekend like ours or a family event in town, there is plenty of room to spread out.
The house is on a beautiful Oak lined street that was perfect for our morning and evening walks. Neighbors were friendly. Parking is off-street and can fit several vehicles.
I have never been in a house where every room was extra spacious. The hallways were super wide, additionally, there is an abundance of storage which includes walk-in closets, too many kitchen cupboards to even count, built-in drawers, etc. There is also a mud room near the back entrance which was great for storing our baggage and coolers.
We were fortunate to book for mid-August and spent the afternoons at the swimming pool. Outside the back entrance, there is a very nice covered pergola with a table and 6 chairs. This was perfect for morning coffee with a book, afternoon snacks around the pool, and family meals. We sat outside into we hours of the evening, with a cocktail, listening to bullfrogs and crickets.
The hosts were very accommodating and quick in responding when we had questions. I would recommend this VRBO, and we hope to stay again next summer.

My sister, brother and I spent the week at this house for a quiet family get away with our older parents. The house is unique and quite large - most importantly, it was a perfect fit for our little group. The house is well maintained and clean. We had a very relaxing vacation spending time together outside under the pergola and enjoying the pool.

Large originally styled midcentury home was a comfy place for friends gathering for a college reunion. The pool was a nice plus, beds were comfy, kitchen basic but ok. No hairdryer and one darker bathroom with no obvious shower light were small negatives.

Lovely, big house in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to meet Petr when he came to service the pool and he’s very nice. We were visiting a sick relative and it was great to have a quiet place to relax in the evening and a safe neighborhood for walking and jogging.

Everything was good from check in to check out.
The place was clean but definitely not new anymore and probably the only thing that I would say as a downside was the beds were to firm for me as I prefer a softer bed. Overall a great stay and would stay there again.

This was the perfect location for attending our daughter's college swim meet in Akron. We were within about 1 mile of the pool building. My husband and I stayed here with my parents and we loved the 1950s character retained in the home. It is spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again next year if our daughter's team returns for the same meet.

The owners allowed us to have the house an extra night, with very little notice. The rooms were very spacious, beds very comfortable. The house was close to all the venues related to my nephew’s wedding.

This house was just perfect as its very spacious inside. We had 7 bridesmaids over to get ready for the ceremony. Plenty of room and mirrors. It was clean and soooo comfortable! Love the styling of the house!! Communication with the owners was excellent. We plan to stay again in the future.

This is an nice older home that made me wish all homes would be built like this. If a tornado blew through the area, this house would still be standing. The walls are solid, which make this house extremely quiet inside.

Furniture and beds are comfortable.
Owners/hosts live nextdoor, which is convenient if something is needed. They are very respectful of your privacy.

Simply Perfect!
This was exactly what was needed and then some. The house provided the perfect place to have family come and stay while graduation things were going on. It also provided an excellent place to relax and spend time with said family after all the crazy festivities were over. The pool especially was a hit. Thank you Petr and Kelli for a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing place for or family to stay.
