Would never recommend

First room smelled of smoke like someone had just smoke a pack of cigarettes in bed. Got a second room which the room keys didn't work. Had to go get new room key for it. Once I was in the room the door frame showed signs of it being kicked in and the repairs were far from being strong or safe. Couch was extremely dirty with drug paraphernalia in the cushions.

Cheap but not worth it. Won't go back.

The pool had so many chemicals it burned 2 of my kids' faces. The mattresses moved Everytime you did, and the bathroom was so tight it was nearly claustrophobic. The weight room has 4 broken machines, which are the only machines they have. No towels for the pool area and even though I requested extra pillows I received none. The planks in the pool house are moldy, and there is no breakfast even though they advertise one.

Never again.

The beds were comfortable

There was no breakfast, not even cofffee. There was no WiFi. We had to call several times for clean towels. There was no housekeeping. We had one tiny chip of soap.

Horrible experience

We secured a king bed single and were given a double bed room way in the very back. When I mentioned the king room, I was told there wasn't one available, even though I reserved and paid for one a week in advance.The ceiling in the room was falling in and had black mold, there was no coffee maker in the room, the front lobby looked like it was the employees personal living area, the air conditioning in the room was on so high we had to turn it completely off but it turned itself back on in the middle of the night and we were cold all night, the motel was in dire need of some major upkeep, I did not feel safe as it looked like people were living there and just hanging out in their doorways and parking lot. We had to walk around strollers, etc in the stairway with our luggage.

Only thing good was the quietness

The floor was dirty , our feet was black on first day there, water was no hot water, couldn't take shower too cold, and the water was leaking from the turn on valve had to be very aggressive with water valve to get water to turn on.There was boogers from someone's nose on the wall, Nothing was fixed, took over hr to even get some one to check even the cable , we didn't get the room we booked on line for. There was so many available rooms ect. I feel I deserve my money for my stay back no one should have to stay in poor conditions and dirtyness like that! Very unsanitary. My stay was from Weds March 1 til Friday March 3 2023 in Wooster, Ohio at econo lodge 122.00! I'm on a fixed income and to waste that type of money for a place like that isn't right!

Wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s hard to find a pet-friendly hotel in Wooster, so this is where we stay when we bring our dogs to visit our daughter at the College of Wooster.

We were put off by guests hanging out in the parking lot and basically acting like they were at a campground. We’ve never minded seeing laborers grilling dinner in the parking lot; this was more like families letting their kids run wild while the grownups smoked and drank beer on the outside hallways. We asked to be moved when we discovered a few people had turned an alcove outside our room into a smoking area, complete with chairs they’d dragged from their rooms. Also, the bathroom was not clean. Given the price plus pet fee, definitely not worth the money.

We will not b trying in this hotel again.

The room we were in seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned, our sock turned brown on the bottomed 10 minutes of being in the room. When we turned the faucets on brown water came out and the toilet constantly ran. The toilet looked like it had never been replaced, the shower curtain was ripped and stained.

The price

Floors not clean, cigarette burns in sheets and pillow cases. The building at the back of the property doesn't seem like a safe place. Our room door only locks if it was deadbolted. We didn't need our key to open the door when we arrived..

DON'T STAY HERE DONT STOP AT THE SIGN DRIVE AWAY QUICKLY

Staff was obscenely rude to the point I didn't even get to check in for the stay but was charged.. employees who show such gross misconduct ESPECIALLY WITH GUESTS over their personal life failures and co- dependancy drug abuse history down to drug addict female abusing boyfriend's and how they claim recovery but hide behind a different "drug" I should not know this woman's life story..trust me it was not asked for or acceptable public behavior much less work ethic. Jerry Springer econolodge edition smh..

It could have been better had that particular pink haied lady named Melissa looking like she just rolled out of Jerry springer's personal owned trailer park not been employed by your company and took a hour of my life with her meth and beer bong sermon that I can't get back!!! 😡 I definitely deserve a full refund especially considering I never got to check in due to this

Was not happy. Stayed at other Econolodge and had no problem

Location and shower.

Filthy floors, our feet was black from walking on it for about half an hour. Told the office, said they would come to mop and didn’t. After an hour and half, my 66 year old husband scrubbed it on his hands and knees. Had a half of roll of toilet paper and only two towels for four people, asked for more and got none. Said breakfast, was none. Around top of pool was nasty except by the ladder. By the steps at pool was nasty. Pop machine ripped me off. Was going to add a night but didn’t because of conditions

It was adequate but we would not stay there again, especially for the price.

Location was good to where we were headed.

It was not clean. There was a huge tear in the shower curtain. The place was not clean. No breakfast offered.

Smelt like mold. Had to wear a mask. Shower curtain stunk and stained. Tub didnt drain. Thought we were going to stay at hotel but we were put in a building in the back. Very uneasy and scary.

Management was polite and informative

Room did not feel very clean, floors should have been swept, tub ran orange water out of it when we first turned it on, and the beds weren't very comfortable.

No answer to this question!!!! I will say this, the lady at the desk when we arrived at night was very nice.

Felt like I was at the local drug motels with people up all night outside, noise and room defeninitly was maintained by a amateur repair man. Chair looked 40 years old and uncomfortable bed and sink counter broken, like someone sat on it. Would not come back and would not recommend it to anyone!!!!
