Situated in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $86 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies and a private laundry. Granite countertops in the kitchen and radiant floor heating. Just a few minutes walk to the Snowflake lift or to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. You can also grab a bus with a stop conveniently located on either side of Four O'clock Road. Pine Ridge amenities include two hot tubs. This vacation rental comes with one dedicated parking spot, that is the only parking that is guaranteed. This second floor walk-up has an entryway with mounted hooks, a closet, and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The spacious living area features ample furniture, a large flat screen TV, hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace. The sofa pulls out into a bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just through out the door where you can enjoy the alpine air. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is near the living area. It features a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV. **This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. *This property does NOT allow dogs or pets of any kind, guests found in violation will be fined. Nice clean spacious unit for our family of 5. Great check-in instructions and communication before, during, and after our stay without ever having to talk to anyone (texts and emails). We walked everywhere from the unit- 8 minute walk to Quicksilver lift even with a tired 5 year old. Enjoyed walking downtown for dinner and shopping. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Location was perfect for skiing and town access. Condo was as pictured and a perfect size for our family of four. Washer and dryer need replaced. Two loads of laundry were covered in lint. I notified property manager regarding the washer/dryer with no reply. Bathroom fan extremely load and clunky. Master bath shower clogged on last day for no apparent reason.

We absolutely loved this condo! For the first part of our stay, our upstairs neighbors partied into the wee hours but we just put in ear plugs. The space was really roomy and very well appointed. Although we drove to the gondola daily and Main Street most nights, we didn’t need to. The shuttle stop is right across the street and Main Street is a short walk. We loved having a ski locker and private washer/dryer (very helpful!). The heated bathroom floors were very nice to have, too. We would definitely rent this unit again. Our family had a great vacation - thank you!

The place was great! Just what we needed for our party of 5. 2 bathrooms definitely what was needed. We all were able To have our own space yet great common area being together! If we ever go back we would definitely stay here again!!

Had a wonderful stay. Property was neat and clean. The location was excellent. It was in walking distance to the Main Street and some local hiking trails. Our trip happened to coincide with the local Octoberfest. Although the town was busy with music and festivities, the condo was surprisingly quiet. We did have some difficulty parking by our unit due to the influx of people during the Octoberfest but that was a minor inconvenience and not a reflection on the condo itself.

Loved this property! It was clean, cozy, and so close to town. The fireplace was great to have while watching a movie with the family and a little chill in the air. Check in/out process was easy as well. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights as part of a longer trip to Breckenridge. The communication with the property manager was great and the condo was big and clean. My kids loved the fact that rummicube was in the room and we played several rounds during our evening wind down. I would stay here again!

Perfect Summer location and so cozy
We absolutely loved this property. The unit itself was squeaky clean, quiet, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for a family of four. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to main street for the 4th of July parade, shopping and dining. We also went on a great hike right from the property and were able to walk to the Peak 8 Gondola to enjoy a day at Epic Discovery. One of our best trips and VRBOs yet!

I picked this place for the excellent location for myself and 2 teenage sons. We could easily walk to the Snowflake lift or into town. I have stayed in many VRBOs or similar at different price points. This condo was as expected, family room furniture could be updated as well as some of the kitchen utensils/pans but overall worked out fine. Hot tub was close and the storage locker was very handy at then end of the day. Certainly consider this one or similar ones.

This condo was in the perfect spot! Walking distance to both the town and the ski hill! Everything was so well done and the communication with the property manager was quick and easy. They were extremely accommodating and kind. Would recommend staying at this property again. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of our long ski days!
