This is a very strict policy going with this property. By enforcing this policy, you are free of animal allergies & smells. However, being a pet owner cannot stop you for enjoying our unit, since there are pet hotels & private pet boarding in the area for you to consider placing your pet. Also, there has been no smoking inside the house since new, & no smoking is allowed inside the house. 12- Privacy: House provides Privacy, separate entrance, & is fully fenced for your peace of mind & will offer you the so much desired privacy in the front yard & in the back yard of it. 13- Safety: Camarillo is a quite city, & Camarillo Heights is an extremely quite neighborhood.
