Situated in Citrus Heights, this lovely house for $423 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our Citrus Heights home, ideal for groups, offers four bedrooms, a pool, and outdoor space. Just 30 mins from Downtown Sac in a safe, quiet neighborhood with nearby amenities. 2 kings, 2 queens, a 70" TV, full kitchen, pool, and backyard await for relaxation. Updated amenities ensure a great stay. Excited to host you! Surveillance - We have a Ring security camera above the driveway. The device records audio and video 24/7. The pool slide was removed. and the pool is NOT HEATED. Our pool service is on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Please expect our pool expert, Derek, to come through the gate and clean and service the pool. Usually, it takes about 15 mins. Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance. Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Citrus Heights. It is 12 minutes from I 80, 14 minutes from US 50, 26 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, and 25 minutes to Auburn. In the surrounding area, there are a multitude of parks, restaurants, shopping centers, outdoor activities, and so much more! Seth was very easy to communicate with, always checking in to see if we needed anything or if we had any questions. House was exactly as listed - spacious and clean with minor wear and tear which is expected for a VRBO. Look forward to renting again in the summer possibly when we can utilize the beautiful pool in the backyard.

We live in California and were looking for a weekend getaway with a pool for our extended family. This home was perfect! This property is beautifully staged with updated furnishings. The pool was the perfect temperature for the kids to swim all day and well into the evening. Would definitely return.

Property management ignored us when we found a problem with the house, the sink was not working and the house smell like cigarettes. He has to much rules and stresses you out while there, we wanted to have a good time and relax but it was not possible because of him. He has cámaras and monitors everything. He keep our deposit without any notice in advance. Neighborhood super strict, he charged for our infants as a head for extra guest. Horrible experience. Do not recommend it.
