The house itself was nice! The beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. The bathrooms were also clean. However, they only provide one roll of toilet paper:( We weren’t given any beach towels (listed in the items book) but they were able to bring us some in a timely manner. The kitchen was small, but useable. The appliances were nice and worked well. The T.V. in the living room hardly worked. It had to be connected to the WiFi to be able to work. The WiFi hardly ever worked, but cellular data was available throughout the home. The front patio was amazing. A nice place to relax and play some cards or eat a dinner. The back deck was also nice. The pool was smaller than expected, but still a refreshing break. It was warm, so I’m pretty sure it was heated. One main downfall was the hot tub. In the listing, it had a hot tub pictured. In January, it can get kind of cool at night and we had booked this house specifically for the hot tub. However, there was no hot tub. We messaged the host and they said that it was ruined in the hurricane. We booked this place over a year after the hurricane occurred. It was very upsetting to see no hot tub. The listing still has it listed, so if you’re excited about it, don’t be. Another downfall is the location. It says in the listing that it was a 7 minute walk to the pier. This is far from true. It’s about a ten minute walk to the beach and then another 10 minute walk to the pier. However, it is in a very quiet location.

This house was wonderful for us. Clean, spacious and well furnished. Close to everything. It was walking distance from the beach. We loved the pool. The V-Trip manager was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend it to everyone!

The listing said there was a hot tub, there was not. There were no closets in 2 of the bedrooms and the ditch across the street stunk. But we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Ft Meyers continues to recover from Hurricane Ian, but there were plenty of places open allowing us to make the most of our vacation time. The house was located walking distance from the beach, and the owners provided beach chairs and an umbrella, allowing to enjoy the area.

Very happy with our stay, the house was one block from the beach and was perfect for my family. The pool was the perfect size for us to hang out in when not at the beach. The house had all cooking tools that we needed as we cooked all of our meals. And had a great beach theme and updated decor. Arrival and departure directions were clear. I loved that we had covered parking as it rains in Florida most nights during this season. Note to renters, you should really log out of smart tvs when you leave because the next renters can use your content… I would definitely stay in this rental again.

We had a great week and felt like the house was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean, had clearly outlined house rules and was in the perfect location on the Ft Meyers Beach island. The ONLY negatives were that it is quite pricey to have had 250 thread count sheets that were miserable with having sunburns early in the week and the stackable washer/dryer needs to be replaced. Those are only small negatives to a great week we had though. Thankful we chose this home.

The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised to have a bunch of beach gear provided as well. We didn't notice it mentioned in the listing, but there were a bunch of beach chairs, a wagon, coolers, and even beach toys! The location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

There were cockroaches in the unit and the beds were dirty. The property is not being well maintained, but is in a good location and convenient for beach goers. The kitchen could have been better stocked for cooking meals. Overall we made the best of it and had a good time.
