About this house rental

Nestled in Surfside Beach, this charming house for $235 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Leg-a-sea home is a 3 bed/2 bath raised beach house in Ocean Lakes with new appliances, new flooring and an open floor plan kitchen and living room. There is a huge outdoor living space with TV and games! We have a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water and space to store beach toys and accessories. We have a washer and dryer you may use. We have a 4 seat complimentary golf cart. Ocean Lakes has many amenities. Its a gated community with security throughout the grounds, an amazing beach, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a huge splash pad for little ones, a big lazy river, water slides, basketball courts, mini golf, corn hole, shuffle board, horseshoes, ping-pong, arcade, general store, and the Sandy Meet and Eat! Renters must purchase parking passes at the gate. Fees are subject to change throughout the year so that fee is not included in rental charges. Currently Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 a day for parking.

We picked Myrtle Beach to be our first destination vacation with our little girls, 3 y/o and 9 months. We knew we wanted to stay in a home vs condo or hotel. I came across Ocean Lakes when searching for homes to rent and we are so glad we choose to stay there at Leg a sea! The house was in a good location, clean, and had all the basic essentials. The golf cart being included in the rental was a nice perk! Ocean lakes resort is huge so it was nice to have the golf cart to get around. The beach was clean, the pool was a blast, and the ice cream shop was delicious! We plan to come back in a few years when the girls are older to enjoy all that was offered at leg a sea home and ocean lakes! Thank you to Adam and Amber for letting us stay in your home and making the home rental park of our trip so stress free!

Great House. Well furnished. Home is exactly as described on the website. Owners were great to deal with and made check in/check out very easy. Having the golf cart with the home was huge. Would definitely stay again.

This house was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. It is very well stocked, from beach chairs to kitchen supplies. It is also very kid friendly. Lots of stuff to do, cornhole, darts, football, board games. Getting in touch with the home owners was very easy and they were so nice and accommodating. Also, the house is the absolute cleanest we've ever stayed at in the campground!

The house was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids! The beds were comfortable, the AC was much appreciated and the golf cart was used daily! The owners were very responsive to texts and phone calls and they were so amazing to work with! If given the opportunity, I'd stay at this house again and again!

We had such a wonderful stay. The house is so well suited for families - kids dishes and utensils, tupperware, all the cooking supplies/mixing bowls/etc, tons of beach toys, a wagon, bags game, etc. The hosts were wonderful and very communicative/responsive at every step of the process. We absolutely hope to stay again.

The home is very updated and clean. My family had a great time and the outdoor space is lovey in the evenings! We wish the beds were a bit more comfortable and there was a bigger grill. Overall it’s a great home and location is great!

A very clean and well stocked house for our family to enjoy, everything is as pictured and described, the owners are very nice and helpful , they respond quickly to any question you may have . The house also comes with a golf cart as part of the rental, which is great as most other houses charge extra for the cart. Our family had a great experience and will rent again.

We love Ocean Lakes and this home we stayed! Had a “home feel” and the beds were comfortable as well! Golf cart was fun and a very convenient location! Owners were very responsive and prompt answering questions we had! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time on vacation. The house was very clean and spacious. It had everything from beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, darts, wagon, corn hole boards and golf cart. All you need to bring is basic necessities, which is very convenient! Adam and Amber were great host! The only thing I would suggest is replacing the recliner because the handle is broken and unable to recline. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this vacation house and our family had so much fun! It was very spacious with up-to-date appliances and included everything we needed for our stay. The owners stayed in contact with us the whole time and they were very nice and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

My family stayed there as 1 of 13 families for a baseball tournament. We were a family of 5 and we had plenty of room. The air conditioning worked really well, which we were grateful for with many 90+ days. I loved the little patio section downstairs. It became my favorite spot on the property. Having a golf cart was very convenient as some of the other families we were with had to rent one. I would highly recommend this property.

Our family had a wonderful time! The home was clean and well taken of. Located on a quiet street and not too far from the beach ((2-3min golf cart ride; cart included with the rental)). The home also included sand toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, and chairs. Just bring a towel and your suit!

I don’t think I can say enough great things about this property or Adam and Amber. They were extremely easy to communicate with during the booking process and even checked on us throughout our stay. The check-in process was super easy and we were even able to check-in early. Upon arrival the house was spotless and even smelled like cleaner (a thumbs up in my book). We chose the linens package which was super convenient and added to the cleanliness factor . It was the perfect size for me and my fiancé and would even be great for a small family or group of friends. The house came with a golf cart which was great addition to help get around the Ocean Lakes property and saved us from having to rent one there. Regarding the Ocean Lakes property, I was amazed. The location, amenities, and staff all exceeded my expectations. Me and my fiancé have already talked about planning our next trip to Surfside and the Leg-A-Sea will be our first choice to stay.
