April 2024 Eclipse may be charged up to three times the peak rate. “HAPPY TRAILS” is conveniently located in the Cypress Bend Subdivision, this two story home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths – sleeps 17 in beds + futons if needed. Maximum of 20 people. Located on Cedar Lane in Cypress Bend, the house is a short distance to private river access. Float the Frio from the popular Seven Bluffs river entry and get out at Comanche Crossing, just a short walk to the house. If you just want to chill at the river, Cypress Bend allows their renters to enjoy the subdivision’s river access. The river access, as noted on the map, is upriver from Kenneth Arthur Crossing. Great people watching spots along the river float! HAPPY TRAILS has an open floor plan with kitchen and living area. There are two bedrooms and 2 baths located downstairs. Upstairs there is a full bath between the bedroom and additional gaming table for you to enjoy, TV’s inside the house are located in the living room and master bedroom. Outdoors there is an outdoor TV in the carport area along with a 2nd refrigerator and additional tables and seating. The pool cabana has lounging and bar stools along with a large flat screen TV in the cabana for everyone to enjoy. To complete the outdoor amenities the guest can enjoy the fire pit near the covered carport; horseshoes; corn hole; tetherball; and children’s playset. And of course there is the perfect sized BBQ grill! PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available. Bedroom 1 — sleeps 2 – 1 king Bedroom 2 — sleeps 5 – 1 queen; 1 twin/full bunk Bedroom 3 — sleeps 10 – 2 full bunks; 2 twin beds What to Bring. LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided. TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels. CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property. PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware. SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches. Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
