Loved it! The place was perfect. Comfy bed. Nice towels. Huge kitchen area. She had frozen pizzas and ice cream in the freezer for us too. Super sweet. Ill be back!

We loved our stay here. Loved the accessibilty to highways, great food, super walkable and parking included was huge! The surrounding neighborhoods are vibrant and welcoming and we loved being able to get to the city fairly quickly. The place was very well stocked and both beds and pillows were comfortable. I would say be prepared to download a Roku remote on your phone if you like to watch TV and you need to be able to handle a "walk up" style unit with several stairs. We were there for work so had some lugging with client gifts etc - but it worked out- just something to be aware of. We also had a large SUV and the parking was a little tight but we also made that work! Just need a little patience with pulling in/out. All in all- great stay and would definitely stay again! Loved the manager checked in with us to make sure we were all good!

Our daughter is a senior at a university in Chicago. We have been staying at STRs for the past 3.5 years. This was by far the largest unit we’ve rented. It is conveniently located near several restaurants and a movie theater. Our daughter lives in Lakeview and this apartment is close to her as well. Parking space is best for a small suv or a sedan. Stacy was super easy to deal with and attentive to what we needed. Great stay!

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the wonderful smell of bacon cooking in the morning from the restaurant below and pizza cooking in the evening from the restaurant across the street. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is in a great location for the Lincoln Park area and was clean. Unfortunately the gate to the parking did not work, so we had to find a place to put our car. But overall, I would stay there again.

We were happy to find this place and be able to book it one day prior to our arrival (our other property we had booked since March cancelled last minute). Stacy was very communicative about everything and responded to all our messages quickly. The condo was nice. Bathrooms were small but worked. Great pizza across the street at Pequods. It was a 0.7 mile walk to the closest train station. It was a nice area that as out of towners we felt safe in. No complaints!

Great place! Very spacious living area. Bedrooms smallish but fine. Attention to comfort. Typical compromises of old buildings - small bathrooms and steep stairs up. Great location. Property manager communicated well, as good as any we’ve tried. Parking a big plus. We loved our stay!

Nice walkable distance to shopping, DePaul and a little longer walk but doable to Zoo and beach. Fun breakfast/lunch spot in first floor of building. If parking a smaller car would work better if you have that choice. Very clean apartment

Perfect spot for us to experience the neighborhood near DePaul. The pizza place across the street and the cafe downstairs are a must. The place was super clean, nice view, comfortable in every way. The host is super responsive and checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was perfect. We will stay here again soon!

Excellent food options nearby especially stop in for the pizza across the street. Loved the record player and 45s in the apartment. Comfortable beds. Great place to stay if going to the Salt Shed shows.

We enjoyed our time at Stacy's condo! The property was clean, easy to access, and walkable to many restaurants and public transportation. We did have an issue with one of the doors in the unit but Stacy was quick to respond and resolve our issue which was appreciated.

Great apartment for a girl’s weekend! Nice neighborhood and also close enough to downtown. A parking space is always a bonus, however our vehicle was too big for the designated spot. We did find a lot a few blocks away for $26/24 hrs so it worked out. Definitely reccomend!

A great place with plenty of room! Parking in Chicago is pricy so having parking included was a huge thing for us. There were a couple of issues with the gate and lockbox but Stacy was very responsive and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Staying at Stacy's place in Lincoln Park was a great experience. The location was great, and the gated parking was a nice bonus. We did not have any issues and her instructions were clear and thorough. I would recommend checking out this property!

I am really surprised by all of the positive reviews! We paid twice as much as is listed for this property now on VRBO and it was a total rip off! The bed in the bedroom with the attached bath was as hard as a rock! There were no extra linens such as extra towels or pillows. The bathroom attached to the bedroom is so small it’s difficult to even get in an out of and I am a small person. My socks were so dirty after walking around the apartment for a matter of 10 minutes. I’m also suspicious that the bedding was not cleaned since I found a nail clipping in the bed. The host did not have an extra key to access the apartment in order to right some of these problems while we were away touring colleges. The hallway leading to the apartment was constantly covered with packages for other tenants that we had to climb over. This stay was very uncomfortable. The best part though was definitely Peaquads across the street. The dough of their pizza is delicious!

Terrific apartment within walking distance of DePaul University! The apartment was clean, quiet and cool (both temperature and decor). We explored the Lincoln Park neighborhood and picked up last-minute items for our first-year student. Will definitely stay here again!

Great little place in an excellent location. Really appreciated the gated parking spot and Stacy’s great communication. Would have liked a few extra towels, but otherwise it had everything we wanted including coffee/filters, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent. Perfect for a weekend stay with our 2-year-old!

I really loved this apartment! Very pretty space with sunny, open rooms. The kitchen had everything I needed for a longer stay. Even as I was packing to leave, I was thinking how much I needed a gallon sized ziploc bag to put my conditioner in, and there was one in the drawer. Perfect!
